The whole order was wrong. I told the gentleman he was very rude and start pushing the button on the phone so I couldn’t hear him. I tried to explain to him and he didn’t want to hear it. I wouldn’t order there again yes they like the money, but they give you the wrong order. Food was not very good tonight. Sometimes it’s really good. Sometimes it’s not you tell me to go back and get another order. I live close to the mountains. Why couldn’t he drive up here and bring it to us it was their fault for giving us the wrong order. I think that is so unfair. ☹️ you want customers and be fair with them don’t tell them to drive back down the mountain to get their food and actually it was more than $50

My Dad said he went to pick up our to-go order today, and that the young man cashier was really rude & hateful. It’s sad because we have been going here for years. We have lived in Wheat Ridge since 91’ and really value customer service. We will be taking business elsewhere where staff are more polite and courteous to their customers. Swing Thai here we come!!!

Food was ok not great. Customer service was really bad the guy that took our order was rude didn’t want to take our order for what ever reason.( No one was in restaurant wasn’t close to closing)

Absolutely awful customer service! My mother ordered delivery for a little family get together. We waited over an hour for a delivery which is fine, no big deal. But our order gets here and we are missing 2 items from our order. My mother calls to explain this and the man on the phone states that they are “too busy” to re-deliver and correct their mistake. The only compensation they offered was to give a free order of what was missing the next time they decide to order or my mother can go and pick it up now. She says fine she’ll pick it up, but since she paid for delivery and now has to pick it up, she ask if they can provide something like wontons or at least refund her for the portion of the DELIVERY order that she now has to go pick up. Reluctantly he says yes. My mother goes to pick up the missing items and not only is the restaurant deserted, this man has the audacity to basically toss the order at her and it was still missing one of the items. She again ask for them to correct it and to confirm the refund. He snaps at my mother that “most places wouldn’t even do this”. My mom mentions to her spouse that they won’t be coming back, and this rude person has the audacity to say “Good” Absolutely awful customer service and subpar food at best. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing and completely off putting.

Stopped in the night before Thanksgiving to pickup dinner for our house guests. No dine in at this time but I wanted take out. Service was polite and quick. Sesame tofu was delicious and the mushu pork was on point, everyone was pleased. Would recommend if you’re looking for takeout or delivery in the area.

i dont usually leave reviews but every time i call it NEVER gets picked up, one time i even drove all the way there tried to open the door and the door was locked and the cashier just looked at me it was 12:30pm signs say open at 11am…today again im calling like crazy and no one picks up..the food is delicious but the customer service is making me not want to even bother no more.

I placed and order for delivery that was partially delivered. I called asking for them to correct the mistake only to have the teenage boy on the other end of the line become very combative about them fixing their mistake. He claimed they were “too busy” to re-deliver and that I would have to come and pick up this missing items from my order. Since I had to pick up the items I asked if they could provide an extra side or refund me for the portion that I now had to go and get. He reluctantly agreed to the refund. My spouse and I walked in to get our order and it’s completely empty. I let him know that I was the one who called and I was there to pick up the missing items and he basically tossed my order at me. I was heading out and noticed that our order was still missing an item. We turned around to go back in to get it corrected, and the person behind the counter was recording me and my spouse as we left and were coming back in for the correction. I asked him to correct it and he scoffs at me claiming “most places wouldn’t even do this” My spouse mentions the fact that most places would in fact correct their mistake and provide some type of compensation. The boy behind the counter again pulled out his camera trying to record me for asking him to correct his mistake and provide the receipt for the portion that I was refunded, and tried telling me that I was in the wrong because of their mistake. I mentioned to my spouse we would not be coming back, and the child behind the counter has the audacity to say “Good” As I was walking out he also proceeded to continue bad mouthing me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never be going back.
