Stopped by for lunch. It was pretty busy but the service was quick and friendly. I had a tenderloin and it was thick and tasty. The breading could use a little pepper, onion powder or something to get it a little zip. My grandkids loved their pizza & chicken. Nice atmosphere but a cold breeze swept our table whenever the door opened. Prices are very good. Portions are big!

I ordered a large pizza like I normally would back home — and that turned out to be an amazing mistake. I’m a big eater and can usually finish a large comfortably, but after two slices I was completely satisfied. I ended up bringing the rest to the job site to share, and that’s when I realized just how impressive this place really is.
The pizza is outstanding — generous portions, great flavor, and clearly made with quality ingredients. On top of that, the atmosphere is easily the best in town. I’ll definitely be going back to sit down and enjoy dinner properly next time.
Best pizza in town, hands down.

We went here after my uncle’s funeral because this was his favorite pizza place.
The food was good. Especially the appetizers. The meat lovers pizza was hard to eat. All the meat would just fall off, etc. The pizza could’ve used more cheese for the amount of sausages they put on it!
Our service was poor. She forgot to give us menu’s, she grabbed too many when she did get them. We had to ask for straws. She forgot our refills. She would walk by without checking on us and so on.
The bathroom situation is unique to say the least!
We also came with a large group and they didn’t seat us with them so we were unable to socialize with our party.

Food was great! I ordered a gluten free pizza and a side salad with no croutons. The only down side was a crouton I found in my salad after I had eaten almost all of it. I have a wheat allergy and I had a slight reaction, which I thought was possibly cross contamination from the pizza, until I saw the crouton. I had mixed up the salad pretty good, so I’m sure there were crumbs in it. Overall, I was happy with the food. I will be going back again!

I am so glad my travels took me to the area where this little gem is hiding. The food is incredibly wonderful and modestly priced. Take a look at this, one of their November food specials, Filet Mac and Cheese. The order that I ate was so good I took home a second order to savor in the next few days. Small town. Small place. HUGE place to eat. Try it for yourself!
*** WARNING- the parking lot is small. When I left to get my car, someone had parking directly behind me. I could not go forward, so I had to go back into restaurant to get person to move their car.***

Delicious pizza. This is the second visit on the way home from Indy. The deluxe pizza is loaded. There must be One pound of toppings. Take a detour off the highway and enjoy this small town bar/restaurant. Worth it!!

I am a pizza connoisseur. This pizza is straight FIRE!
Not much the dine-in type, so I ordered carry-out, my first visit, like I always do. Took a few minutes to park, which seemed a bit weird, but it was a Friday night ( in Wanamaker). Went inside and the place was pretty much packed, and had a decent vibe to it…
The most standout moment of the experience, was when I was handed a regular looking, large pizza box that must have weighed 5 – 8 pounds! No exaggeration, it felt like there were 3 pizzas in this box. When I got home and handed it to my ol’ lady, she said the same thing I did, “Damn!”
We shared that large Meat Lover’s pizza with our neighbor. We normally split a large pizza between the 2 of us and might have a slice or 2 left when we’re done. We ate the 2nd half of this pizza for lunch, the next day! And it was just as good as it was fresh, the night before.
The Ordinary – FIRE Pizza!

New Bethel Ordinary Pizza delivers a solid pie that’s worth a visit. The Deluxe (minus black olives) was a standout, loaded with toppings yet supported by a sturdy crust that held its own. The crumbled sausage brought bold flavor, and the special white cheese blend sparked some serious childhood nostalgia. Breadsticks were surprisingly decent, surpassing lukewarm online reviews—nothing groundbreaking but far from disappointing. I didn’t confirm if the dough is made in-house, which would’ve earned extra points, but the quality suggests they’re doing something right. The vibe is casual with a small bar, perfect for catching a race with a cold beer and some hearty grub. A great spot for pizza lovers looking for comfort and flavor.

This is an excellent restaurant in Wanamaker, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience dining there. The food and service were outstanding. I ordered the Deluxe Pizza since it was my first visit and it’s one of their signature dishes. Surprisingly, it didn’t take as long as I expected. Our waitress was fantastic, attending to us promptly and refilling our drinks without needing to be asked. The pizza was incredible! It had layers that covered the entire surface: first a base of sauce, followed by a full layer of pepperoni, then a layer of ham, a thick layer of sausage, vegetables, and finally, topped with cheese. Every bite was delicious.
**Cons:** The parking situation could be better, as there’s limited space in the back, so you might need to find street parking. Additionally, if you enter through the back door, be aware that there are two steep steps, which could be difficult for those who have trouble with stairs; entering through the front door is a better option. It would also be nice if they had double doors to keep out flies, as there were quite a few flying around.

My girlfriends and I chose New Bethal Ordinary as our place to go for the letter N of the alphabet for our alphabet dating quest. Atmosphere of the building and inside is great. Customer service was marvelous. Very attentive. Never had an empty drink. Fried Mushroom were super hot and fresh and our pizza was amazing. Definitely recommended. Parking not super great but it’s not a super big detractor from the place.
