Came in around 10:30pm to two staff members working super hard. The manager was on the line by herself during a crazy rush. The server was doing dishes and taking care of several tables. I was very impressed with there ability to maintain quick and friendly service during an unfortunate night. Our server was really personable.

Stopped at IHOP because was in the neighborhood and had a gift card so decided to use today. Plenty to people for 1 o’clock but got a seat right away. I got a BLT from the 55+ section came with either fries onion rings or 2 pancakes I got onion rings. Plenty of bacon and mayo on the sandwich and onion rings were big and crispy enjoyed it very much. My daughter got the sampler breakfast. Came with 2 of eggs,ham,sausage pancakes and with bacon and hash browns. Everything came out great eggs were perfect and was Plenty on the plate We both took home something . Our waitress was helpful and good so was the guy that seated us . Good experience all round never been here looking forward to stopping again

server was great! no complaints and no room to blame him for anything. but my god, i had my eggs took back because they were pretty much raw still, finished the rest of my food, waited 20 mins , and still had to ask where my eggs were, for them to come back even more raw then they were the first time.

Came in for national pancake day and I was pleasantly surprised . The pancakes were top notch tasty and fluffy..believe it or not coffee ☕ was very good even black..Rachel ‘s service level compassion and kindness was what made my visit extra special. She was very attentive friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Thank you Rachel!!

The food was terrible, look at the eggs are you serious right now? Look at the steak I couldn’t even eat it. It was deep-fried hard too salty and a hashbrowns cold. Everything was cold. Even the pancakes. I’ll never go there again. I promise you hope you have a good future. And had to wait over 30 minutes for our food it was ridiculous. Then they had a nerd to ask me. No wait time at all, person came instantly and took us to a table, ordered drinks waited roughly around like 5 mins or so? Ordered food waited 15 minutes maybe 10 not sure, food was amazing had to take home though because everyone at my table was full. Overall 8.5/10 would come here again

We’ve visited many IHOP locations across the U.S. and have always found them to be cozy, clean, and known for extremely good service with lively servers and fast meals. Unfortunately, this location did not match those experiences. The front entrance was very icy, and when I mentioned it to staff, there didn’t seem to be much concern. On top of that, our food took a very long time to arrive. It was a disappointing visit compared to the usual IHOP standard we’re used to.

Food was good. I was disappointed there was all you can eat pancakes after the waitress put in the order when my family already ordered a bunch of pancakes from the menu. We waited unusually long for pancakes, like an hour to an hour and a half. The flavored syrups were watered down. The waitress who served us barely checked up on us or reassured that our food was coming. She wasn’t even the one who served us the food when the time came!

Absolutely love this location. We work on an ambulance and start at 6 am. They don’t open until 7 on weekdays, but the staff let’s us in before opening and serves us coffee until they open and we can order our breakfast. We really appreciate the hospitality because there aren’t a lot of options in the area that early.

The food was excellent. It came out fast and hot. The service was OUTSTANDING!. The issue was the furniture. With 1.4 billion dollars in revenue, no restaurant location should ever have torn booths used to seat customers. It’s literally the first thing you see and a horrible indication of what your visit will be. We grabbed our menus and sat ourselves at another booth and all was well after that.
