We both ordered omelets with hash browns. There was so much food that it covered the plates. I ordered tea and they gave a nice selection of tea bags.
The omelets were so big we couldn’t finish them. They were very big! And tasted wonderful! I went back there with friends and ordered the mushroom burger which also was very good. Good food and service!

Overall has a mom and pop feel to this location. Food is good, and very quick out of the kitchen. The place needs a bit of refurbish. Fix the cracked seats, or worn tables.

## 8/18-update: Still Great- took family to here, and they were blown away. Diane was our awesome waitress, and she was the definition of sunshine. The food was on point for all 4 of us. The kids portions are sill decent. I got 2 different ones and mixed their items, but both of my kids came out full. Just a Great Place!!…..end%
It’s worth it!!! Great diner close to the G.R. airport. First timer. I went in early morning after dropping off my mom, was pleasantly surprised! 1 waitress and 2 cooks…but they BUST THEIR BUTTS! This little G-Ma was taking orders, refilling coffee cups, delivering food, cashing out, and was still r for me to make up my mind on what i wanted then for the food to get to me, and they were GENEROUS and DELICIOUS! I had the country fried steak- crispy and swimming in sausage gravy. The home fries were just huge chunks of potatoes that you can get with grilled onions added for free, and eggs. Them boys know how to cook and they pile it high! Just check out my picture and tell me that don’t make you hungry! If you leave and you are not satisfied, that’s your fault!!!

Met some friends here for breakfast when they flew into town. This place is very close to the airport so, that’s nice. I ordered the meat lovers omelet with home fries. The omelet was huge! My friend thought her’s had too much cheese. I void only eat about 1/3 of the omelet but it was really good. The service was good but I didn’t care for the waitress reaching over us to hand us things. I waited tables for over 20 years and I just feel like that’s kind of rude.

Appalling, went in took off my winter coat. Had to put it back on. At first, I thought it was just because I was near the windows and it was -14 with the wind chill. In fact, I learned after ordering that the heat was not even on as it wasn’t working. I questioned multiple people why management did not bother to close till heat was restored? They had no answer. It is inexcusable to make them work in that! You should be reported MIOSHA.

Delicious brunch. Pancake was nice and fluffy. The taste was savory. Eggs were real made and tasted great. Hash browns with onions tasted wonderful and had no problems here. Waitress was nice and thoughtful. Not a bad spot for some brick after church.

The food was amazing. It was mine and my fiances first time going. The food portions were huge! Not bad for around $20 a person.

Update 2: Came today and sat for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. We finally got up, asked a waitress that was actually doing something if she would serve us. We left her a nice tip; but the food and service at this location is awful. We won’t be coming back to this New Beginnings, which we have come to for years.
Update. My wife and I came here a few weeks ago with friends, and we were barely done with breakfast when the waitress told us that we had to leave because, according to management, they needed the tables. There were at least 12 empty tables near us. It was disappointing.
Good, solid go-to for breakfasts and lunches. The food is pretty standard – egg plates, sandwiches and so forth – which is what you’re looking for in a place like this. There’s something for everyone and prices are reasonable. There is lots of good old fashioned american comfort food. The staff is friendly and on the ball, and your coffee mug will always be full.
