if I could rate 0 stars I would. placed an almost $90 order with my co-workers. We Ordered a couple “fat” sandwiches and some other items. Sandwiches were a JOKE. there was a half a slice of meat on each, and one mozzarella stick on each. they were filled with fries instead just to cover up the fact that there was no meat or cheese on them. One of the meals was delivered incomplete as well. If there’s a food shortage, just say that. Don’t offer food options that you cannot deliver on. This was a step below cafeteria food and we will never be ordering from here again. Its a shame because we cannot find one good area restaurant to become regulars with. Lost our business for sure!!!

This is only my second time ordering from this place and once again a TERRIBLE experience. The first time I ordered from this place the cheese on our pizza was sliding out the box. Looks like it was thrown in. Now I ordered a meatball hero. This was one of the most disgusting sandwiches I had ever had. The meatballs tasted like they were made a week ago, taken out of the fridge, put into a sub and then reheated. They were hard and had hard pieces stuck inside. I feel sick just thinking about it. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH ANYONES TIME.

The dining area is very small and has a strong smell of bleach. We all bought pizza, cheese steaks, and pizza fries. The food was very basic and the pizza fries were very poorly made.

Our order was incorrect and the wings and pizza both had quality issues upon delivery. Most of our order was inedible and what was tasted, was a sloppy mess and unacceptable for a price tag of 70.00 with tip. Shameful.

Nellys has extremely poor customer service as well as their food is just as bad. I can’t decide which is worse, the food, or the service. I normally respect restaurants with bad food as long as they have solid customer service but this is not the place. I received the wrong order and they continued to blame me for the Order. I tried to call and ask for help, I kept getting hung up on time after time again just because I wanted an answer to why my order was incorrect. They made it seem like it was my fault that’s I received the wrong order and would rather hang up then help answer the questions that I had. I would never recommend eating or ordering from this trash.
