WOW!!! We are beyond impressed with the products and service at Neighborhood Pizza Cafe. The thin and traditional pan crust is great, the garlic cheese pie was out of this world delicious, and the supreme pizza I got was easily the BEST pizza I’ve had the pleasure to eat. All the ingredients were super fresh and the bake was perfectly done. To top that off, all the service staff was friendly, and worked fast to bring out our order. We will be regulars now and can’t wait to have their food again.

Great pizza!! Stopped here as we were traveling through the area and this pizza was fantastic. The personal 8″ is the perfect size.

Great pizza and friendly service. The ingredients went all the way to almost the edge of the crust. Fresh ingredients and yummy crust. Came out fast too. It’s very nice inside.

I once purchased a large thin crust pizza only to get it home and find that it has two crusts stacked and therefore never baked properly. It told me two things 1. They don’t make their own dough and 2. They don’t pay any attention to what they’re doing. I won’t be back. There are far too many better places to get pizza.

Found this little gem by chance traveling thru the area and now try to make Springfield a midway stop in order to get a piece of the pie (pizza)! By far, on the top of our list! Thin crust, generous toppings, even beats what we had in Italy! Came thru on a Monday and they were closed, didn’t make that mistake again!

We used to love this place. The food was great, the staff knowledgeable and friendly and it’s close to home. We love to support local businesses. However, in the past year, all of those things have gone down hill. Today was the biggest disappointment. We called to order dinner (large pizza and large garlic crust pie aka cheesy breadsticks) to pick up on the way home. I arrived and the female employee that greeted me went to look for our order and apparently nobody seemed to know which was ours or where it was. She proceeded to ask every employee about our order. She then found it sitting on the back counter, not under the warmer, and handed it to me. When we arrived home (2 blocks away), our food was barely warm and practically void of any kind of moisture. Our cheese bread looked as if it was cut to be a Picasso piece, in multiple odd cuts with huge pieces and some pieces the size of a quarter. I decided to call the restaurant and speak with a manager. The manager, Larry, answered the phone and I explained the issue to him. He, not the female employee, proceeds to tell me that he opened the boxes to show me our items and pointed out the miscut on the bread. He told me that I said “it would be ok”. One, I never spoke to him when I picked up the order. I only interacted with the female employee. Two, she, let alone he, never opened the boxes to show me the items. Three, if I would have see the miscut, I would’ve asked for a new one because it was also very overdone. Bottom line is, if you want to keep the locals as continuous customers, don’t lie to them and make up a story because you are trying to cover your backside and not fix the mistake. Needless to say, the lying manager has lost this frequent local customer. I guess I’ll drive to the south side of town to get Arris Pizza from now on.

I feel like I need to qualify this by saying that living in the state of new york for a small time absolutely spoiled me as to what good quality pizza tastes and looks like— and this place did not disappoint!
