This is disgraceful and disgusting!! These people do not know how to cook REAL authentic Haitian food. One pic is what they advertise on tiktok vs what I got. Pink looking nasty spaghetti, even the homeless didn’t want this trash. The lady on the phone was rude ( what’s new) , it wasn’t open and still did not give a refund for this. Trash customer service with trash over priced food. They just throw hella Sazon on everything, even the pikliz is pink. . I never write a review, just take your money elsewhere.

I purchased the Negress Creole epis from the restaurant and tried all three varieties. I used it for my New Year’s Soup Joumou meat, and it gave the soup a truly delicious, authentic Haitian flavor. I will definitely be using their epis from now on in my kitchen.

I ordered the red snapper, diri djon djon, and the fried goat, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, well-balanced, and cooked perfectly. What really stood out to me was the epis. The marinade sauce they sell and also use in their food truly upgraded my own style of cooking. You can taste the depth of flavor and quality in every dish. Neguess delivers authentic, flavorful food, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

I went to this restaurant today and when I tell you the food was AMAZING. I felt like I was sitting in Haiti eating fresh food. Jessica the owner was so welcoming and the server was sweet and so friendly. I recommend this establishment to anyone living near and far I drove 1hr just to feel at home and they didn’t miss a mark ❤️

They were responsive, organized, and very helpful in guiding me through the menu and making recommendations. It made planning much easier, and I felt confident placing the order. I tried this place on a takeout whim a few years ago and i haven’t stopped since. I love catering from this restaurant for events- we usually get fried turkey, griot, rice and beans. I don’t get the black rice bc the first tike I got it, it wasn’t like home made (it was dark like it was made with just Maggi djon djon ). Guests rave about the food every single time!
Always well presented and well seasoned.
The people who pick up the phone are pleasant, speak both Creole and English, and are patient. It’s a bit far from me but I appreciate supporting a small business when they execute so well!

I wanted catering and the reviews were so so, but unless extremely off I don’t judge from others post. However, most reviews of food says food taste decent: I decided to try. I have a Haitian son whose grandmother cooks and I do from time to time but can’t get that authentic taste up to standard to my son’s liking . With over 20 years of experience trying home cook authentic back yard traditional food in south Florida I have to give my honest opinion. This is Not Haitian food; it actually taste like I made it… very disappointed since I drove a hour out my way; but wanted to try it before I continued to ordering cater which was my original plan. I don’t taste the epi sauce, the bouillon Maggie cube seasoning and it’s missing the cloves taste.
