We stopped by around 2 AM because Google shows this place open until 2:30. I was just trying to tell the bartender that Google Maps says they’re still open, but he suddenly shouted “get out” at us. We understood he was tired, but there was no reason to treat people that way. It was humiliating and really ruined our night. We left feeling shocked and deeply disappointed — no one deserves to be spoken to like that.

Usually I don’t post bad reviews but this place deserves it. After seeing the last review I have to say something. I also played the machines there and won $300 but the ticket never printed so I had to come back the following day. Well I was told the machine malfunctioned and that the books came out even so they did not owe me anything. If you have a machine for gambling that “malfunctions “ then fix it or remove it. I will never step foot in this place ever again. Not an honest establishment! To the guy on the last review, file a complaint with the gambling commission. At least they will look into this. I did! And I’m sure there are others they have done this to.

They’ve got this awesome outdoor patio where you can chill with your buddies or have a blast celebrating. Every now and then, they even host live bands, adding some extra groove to the vibe. Sure, it can get a tad crowded at the bar when it’s buzzing, but let me tell you, the service never disappoints. Also parking was a bit difficult.

I was visiting my daughter who has terminal cancer from out of town. I took my service dog for a walk to clear my head an I heard music coming from Jack’s, a block and half from her apartment. I was told no dogs allowed. Explained he’s a service dog. She refused to let me. Another dog comes strolling g out with her dog. Said she brings her pup all the time.
I guess I won’t be back.

Nice, cozy bar that has music on certain nights. Friendly & efficient service, good prices on tap beer, typical small bar ambiance, seating at the bar & tables within the room. Easy access on major street with side side access / exit.

This place is a great place to go if you are looking for a venue that has indoor seating classified as outdoors for the purpose of being able to smoke. This place also has pretty good pricing and bartenders. They also have those really cool beer glasses that fill from the bottom up!

Fenced in yard is delightful. Paintings are impressive! Bar is clean & bright. Bartender happy and helpful. Smokers & ashtrays are everywhere… nice corner space for a band.
Inside Jacks however, is dingy & smelled strongly of toilet cake & old carpet. Bartender was polite and smiled. Dim lighting, needs renovation (I’m sure it’s probably in the makings).
Overall, outdoors good, indoors yuck.
