Great food as always, seriously top notice service “Thanks Justin!” and a clean inviting atmosphere. My new go to for burritos and bowls! Sorry Chipotle, you have been replaced! I think the only reason I haven’t been to this location is because it’s tucked away behind some other business.

Inused to think Neato Burrito was the best quality around. Lately, Ive been noticing apathetic staff, poorly trained staff, incorrect orders (mixing up types of beans or rice?), and you basically have to pay for extra of everything because they dont even give you the same amount of meat and rice anymore. Looks like a company trying to cut costs by giving you less food for the same price and not saying anything about it.

Service was great! Pineapple salsa had a good flavor (but it was the only thing with flavor, unfortunately). Next time I will need to add more kick. Tortilla chips are not worth the extra cost.

The service is always amazing and the food hits the spot. If you are looking for tex-mex then this is the place to be. Neato burrito is similar to Chipotle but offers different tortilla flavors such as jalapeno cheese (which I recommend) and salsa’s of the day like the IPO salsa which was surprisingly good.

Had high hopes and was disappointed. Liked the different tortilla wrap options and the black cherry cola. Shredded chicken was pretty boring and they don’t have hot salsa. Chips and queso was horrible, just nacho cheese from a can and pre-made round chips like movie theater nachos. Would drive 20 miles to a Chipotle before I ever return here.

I just stopped in while traveling though and I hit the jackpot. This is the best burrito I’ve had in years. I go a humongous Chicken Cowboy Crunch burrito and there is no doubt I will be back next time through. They also have gluten free tortillas and do bowls. The nice selection of uncommon sodas which is alway nice.

This is a great place,like the location in the West shore shopping center. It was clean and the service was fast. The burritos are big enough for two and are around $7 They have a different selection of drinks to choose from also. Check out the pics.

Great service. Fresh food. Gluten free tortilla is a unique find. Hot salsa should be more spicy. Chips are probably Costco Organic tortilla chips—definitely not made here. Meat selection is great. I’d eat here again.
