This is my first time leaving a not so great review for a place- as we do not like to complain. Please note that I love tiki bars and want to try them all! Nauti parrot didn’t quite hit the spot with us because of the service for one. It took 10 minutes to get our drinks. Over 20 minutes to get our side salads. We ordered an appetizer right away, and our main course. When we got our main courses we asked about our appetizer and it was never entered in the system. Asked for the steak to be cooked medium and it was delivered well done, burnt and almost paper thin. The fish entree ordered was actually very good.

Smokers welcome here It’s too bad. This is a nice location, decent bar food, live music, and great service. But the air is not fresh. They have rebuilt the roof since Hurricane Ian, so they are back up and running.

First time coming here and it was a Saturday night. I asked the waitress what drink they were known for and she said margarita. Didn’t ask (nor come with) a salt or sugar rim, didn’t taste good. The Crow’s Nest rum drink was better. We ordered the beach bread and for $10.99 and it was disgraceful. See picture to see how half the bread didn’t have ingredients. It took a good 30 minutes to get the appetizer (many empty tables, not a full house) and it came out cold. Drinks took a while to make and be brought to us. We decided to leave and not get anything else. Skip this place and go next door the Seacraft bar instead, better service, classier guests. So many over served guest that couldn’t walk straight, loud and obnoxious, one was yelling at the parrot as I walked out of the restroom. We sat inside to avoid cigarette smoke and it still strong smelling on the “inside” section.

The Nauti Parrot has a locals feel to it. Set on a canal just off the Caloosahatchee, with a resident Macaw to greet diners, it’s a fun tiki bar setting for casual seafood dining and cocktails. It’s dog and kid friendly, almost always has live music, usually a Jimmy Buffet kinda vibe, as well as requisite TVs everywhere for sports fans.

Great place to have lunch. The food was delicious and the menu has many nice choices. The only thing that was difficult for us was the cigarette smoking ( we are reformed smokers ). Other than that, I highly recommend it. Also, knowing we can go for lunch or dinner by boat is a definite plus. We’re looking forward to our next visit. Thanks!
