My burger was BEYOND dry. And when I contacted the business thinking they would just make another, I was told “if you’re going to bother me over 1 burnt burger, do me a favor and don’t come back”. I’m sorry, 1 burnt burger is 1 person’s ENTIRE meal! And $17 for a product you claim to specialize in?!? What happened to customer service? If you’re not going to care about your service and product you’re providing, please do us a favor, and close your business.
