Very bad experience. The food is good but the service is below the minimal acceptable. It appeared that the clients were making a favour of consuming. Bad atitude, extremely slow and everything takes priority over the client (ice, change of shift, arrange the containers, clean the balcony, discuss with colleges and so on in more then 25 minutes to be attended and another 20 to receive the request). An old brand that if continues with this type of employees it will have problems. The hot dogs are very good and original.

Ok for a quick bite on your way through this section of the airport. Staff is kind of rude. I was told to step away from the condiments because I was blocking other people and there was no one else there. The guy cooking my steak sandwich was upset because he dropped part of my sandwich on the floor and I told him I wanted a new one made. He wrapped up the remaining meat on the roll not knowing I was watching. He got caught and I called him out on it. He said he was going to cook another one and he wasn’t going to serve me that. But he was wrapping it up… for what then? I also ordered chili fries with no cheese. Guess what i got… cheese… Airport food isn’t cheap…

I enjoyed my food and the young lady that took our order was very nice. I did witness the team lead or manager fuss at the young lady that took our order. The team lead/manager was out of order because of her tone that she used to correct the young lady. She reprimanded her in front of everyone and made her cry. The team lead/manager should have taken the young lady in the back and talked to her (but she chose to make a scene). This is at the Nathan’s location inside of the Miami Int’l Airport.

The popcorn shrimp tasted like those frozen fish sticks from Walmart…..not terrible but definitely not pleasant, and I was annoyed I spent money on it. The H terminal needs much better food options.

Was given the wrong order. Went back to buy the item I order. Said they would get me the correct item I said thank you. After that there was nothing but attitude and they did not get me my order. Very poor service I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here unless it’s your only option

Food was okay, but they had really bad service. Messed up with multiple orders and one of the employees had an argument with a customer when they gave the customer’s order to someone else.. I would give a ZERO if I could.

Slow, bad service. Bad clientele (complaining a lot), which messes up the whole order prep process. One guy cooking. Food looks disgusting as it’s being made, which you can see while waiting. Maybe give him a shield so the customer can’t see.
