Ate lunch with my friend who lives in Van Alstyne at Napoli’s new restaurant yesterday. Was greeted immediately and seated. Young man approached us very quickly and welcomed us and took our drink order. We reviewed the menu and he brought us our drinks very quick!. We placed our order for two side salads and a large Supreme pizza!. Salads were delivered quickly and in just perfect timing as we finished our salads, the pizza was delivered. WOW, their pizza was OUT OF THIS WORLD!. Fresh vegetables, great thin crust, hot and AMAZING TASTE!. I would say A 20 STARS rating if that was possible. We will return again, and although we did not get the young man’s name who served us, he did tell us in talking that he was a member of the family that owns the restaurant. Thank you for your excellence in service and a great lunch!!!!

Edited 7/3/18….I gave it a third try. And they struck out. They have advertised a kids eat free on Tuesday promo so we showed up on Tuesday with the kids. Was told they were not doing it this Tuesday. Why? Don’t know, apparently the owner picks and chooses what Tuesdays he wants to do it. After sorting that all out (they gave us 2 free kids meals even though 3 entrees and a pizza were ordered) the food still took forever to come out. This waitress was much nicer but still made some mistakes. Unfortunately I just can’t keep supporting a business that does not make me feel welcomed.

Normally Napoli’s gets a higher rating, but this location, on Father’s Day midafternoon was somewhat disappointing. We were greeted quickly, politely, and with an appropriate degree of warmth, seated right away, and drink orders went smoothly. The other diners who were there left soon after we arrived, so much of the time we were the only customers. The waitress gave us time to decide, coming back after delivering drinks only when we clearly were ready and looking for her. So far, excellent.

Went there for the first time tonight. We did a take out order and got to the restaurant a few minutes early. The staff was very kind and offered us a drink while we waited. We tried the stuffed mushroom appetizer and it was delicious. I had the tortellini with pink sauce and added chicken per the waitress’ suggestion. It was amazing! We will definitely be back!!!

This place was amazing!!! I asked the waiters opinion about adding capers to a meal of my choice and he gave me his honest opinion and offered me a great plate that I would most definitely reorder. The rolls were my absolute favorite. I wasn’t able to eat my entire meal so I brought the other half home and even then it was still so yummy! Great job guys!

Went to try the new restaurant in van alstyne. They seated us, but nothing after that. I could see the hostess arguing, then looking at us. Then nothing!.

Hostess/server could not have been any less enthusiastic about our presence there if she tried. She sat us, said she’d be back, then walked past us after awhile and asked if everything was good. Uh, everything what? We have no drinks, we have no food. Finally came and took our drink order. We ordered their Bruschetta bread, it’s different. It’s hot tomatoes, basil and over cooked onion in a bowl of oil with bread that has melted cheese on it. My son liked it. But the salads came out first, then the appetizer and that’s just not right. I ordered from the Tortellini section. To me it’s pretty clear. Pick tortellini, pick sauce, add chicken. I ordered it with alfredo, add chicken. It came out with pink sauce. When I told her it wasn’t what I ordered, she just stared at it, then she told there was only one item on the menu you can substitute sauce and that wasn’t it. That wasn’t a substitution it’s how it is on the menu, you pick. Then she said she’d have the cook change it. Change it? Just make it how it was ordered in the first place.
