Good customer service, appreciated the automated text allowing me to track the order progress. Friendly. Mozzarella Sticks were hot & prepared well, not much flavor. Marinara was cold (pet peeve), had some flavor however it appeared basic from a can. The cheeseburger sub had zero flavor even with oregano, very bland. The door to the establishment looked as if it wasn’t cleaned for a week & had a lot of tape residue on it… Boxes stacked on tables, booths. Taped sign declaring additional charge for CC (another pet peeve).

While I was off from work, I visited the restaurant three times this week and all three times the food was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The French fries in particular were GREAT — these alone would keep me coming back! Thank you, Naples Pizza!

We ordered through Slice and were quite let down by our experience. The onion rings arrived burnt, and the styrofoam containers for both the rings and fries were partially melted. While the deep dish pizza was passable, it lacked flavor and appeared carelessly assembled. The BBQ chicken pizza was particularly disappointing, missing bacon and tasting dry. The only redeeming aspect of our meal was the fries, which we enjoyed.

There is one particular person in the back side of the kitchen that is extremely a professional and rude. He prepared my meal and correctly and then proceeded to tell me to learn how to order it. I am pretty sure his name was Cory. I said I would keep the food and pay for another made correctly. Extremely unsatisfied with his service.

I am usually pleased with my orders and usually order delivery.
Today I did a pick order for an Italian sub with oil and vinegar. The person making it thought it would be good to put the oil and vinegar in a container on the side.
That did not work out well at all for a to go order.
I recommend they ask if you want it on the side.
I hope the smell comes out of luch box.

I was looking in the area for a good Italian sub. However, I wanted a made-in-house sub roll. Most all of the other pizza places in Palmyra only have the fresh Philadelphia rolls and no longer make their own.
I was also so happy to even see that they were open on a Tuesday at 2:45 p.m. I stopped at two other pizza locations in town and they were closed (I don’t know how they stay in business to be honest). Finally landing on Naples Pizza, I was delighted to learn that their 12 inch sub rolls are indeed made by them (smaller are the brought in daily Philly rolls). My Italian sub was awesome!
At any rate, for as long as I have lived here I cannot believe that I haven’t become a regular customer at Naples Pizza. I’m glad that this was happy little accident to venture out beyond my norm. These guys are also super friendly too.
Glad to see that they deliver as well. I grabbed a to-go menu for future orders. Sadly, a couple of the other local places will be losing my business, either because they are always closed (wasting my time and gas) or they decided to no longer make their own sub rolls.

Flavorless pizza and worst chicken parm I’ve ever experienced IN MY LIFE- boiled noodles, frozen processed chicken patty from isle 8, sprinkle of shaker can Parmigiano cheese (99 cent one) and BOOM…..you just made a 5 star meal compared to this. I’m shocked this is considered “ACCEPTABLE” , how are the cheese sticks not even decent….BAG, FRYER, and done- am I missing something?
Ps. Gas station pizza or any frozen pizza is SIGNIFICANTLY better. I’ll try one more time cause I’d be shocked if this is their actual product. Hopefully and off night. I’ll update review after need be

Our go to pizza shop! The entire employee circle are all very kind. Always reasonably priced. We usually always do delivery but have eaten inside twice still a food experience. We have had a few disappointing pizzas as far as being burnt on the bottom. But it doesn’t happen often enough to push us away.
