I visited Dunkin yesterday and it was a great experience. I believed that I had made a mobile order, which did not happen. As I arrived, the man who was at the window informed me that they had not yet got any mobile order, so I simply made it there instead.
I had ordered some sandwiches and some beverages and frankly speaking it took me not more than 3 minutes which was much faster than I had imagined. The humor of the matter is that he was continually apologizing about the delay, and I even said to him never again. Nothing at all to apologize about.
I am not averse to waiting as long as 10 minutes so long as I receive what I ordered and it is done to perfection. All was just right and customer service was excellent.
You guys are doing a great job and this is the reason why I am a regular customer. Keep it up.

i’ve ordered at this place so many times and they never fill my drink up all the way. i don’t know if the employees have something against me even though they don’t even know me but it feels like they purposely don’t fill my drink up. i paid 4.98 for this and i didn’t even take a sip yet and this is how full it is. the location near target fills my drinks up all the way. Some of my boyfriend’s friends work at the Dunkin near target and it’s much better than this. it still tastes good but it feels like i got scammed. if i said i wanted a medium drink then i would’ve ordered one.

Came here for the first time today and got a Shakin’ Espresso. Drink was good, but what really stood out was a small moment with one of the staff members. He noticed we had pets with us and casually asked if we wanted cups for them too, which honestly caught us by surprise in a good way.
We even asked his name but forgot it right after (our bad ). Still wanted to leave a review because that little gesture meant a lot. Definitely left with a good impression.

If you like your coffee made wrong, cold food, or donuts with zero filling this is your place to go. Order a dozen brownie batter donuts which cost more than regular donuts. Waited 20 minutes for them to make some as he told me they sold out even though I seen a dozen sitting there. Got my donuts and the box was covered in frosting out of the twelve 10 of them had almost to no filling. Was very disappointed having to wait just to receive my donuts with no filling. Never had anything but issues at this location.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. The food is TERRIBLE. I go often because it’s close and I’m let down every time and won’t return. Attached is a picture of my “loaded hash browns” for $6 LOL

Worst service ever. First time I went in to order and nobody even acknowledged I was at the counter so I just left. The second time I went through drive-through the guy had no idea what he was doing. He ran my card through twice and said it didn’t work so then I paid cash and realized it did go through on my card twice. Made me wait while he filled a door dash order and kept peeking around the corner to see if I left. He was the only one working he had no clue what to do, then proceeded to act like he didn’t know what I had just explained to him. Most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had. Will never go back here and will tell everybody!!!

The food was horrible, got the sourdough with turkey sausage and some hashbrowns. The food was barely hot, and I had to take the sandwich apart and reassemble based on how the eggs and sausage were thrown in between the bread. Managed to also get 5 soggy half warm potato rounds with it. Which sadly somehow still tasted better than the sandwich.

This used to be my favorite location. They used to always be super nice, they have some new employees now & there extremely rude. My food is always thrown together sloppy. I ordered a wake up wrap and the egg & sausage was thrown outside of the tortilla, every morning they never put my cold foam on, that i paid extra for & then they proceed to get an attitude when I politely ask them to add the cold foam. I’d rather take my money to the location a few miles further.

Horrible service! Not only was the order completely wrong, the girl at the drive thru decided to continuously argue that she had repeated our order and get an attitude with us when she said “OK” to everything that was said and never repeated the order. When our drinks were made again they were STILL wrong. Wrong sizes and no extras that were paid for. Skip this Dunkin and go the the next or the girl with the purple cast on her arm and glasses will ruin your order and morning with her attitude problem. This is not a large signature latte and a large macchiato with and extra espresso there wasn’t even any carmel in it, and the 2 medium iced lattes were both larges.
I find it amusing how staff makes 5 star reviews to increase the ratings of this location.
Corporate really needs to stop by unannounced and resolve these horrible ratings this location constantly gets.
