We had Nana’s at the Forest Grove Farmers Market, not her food truck in Cornelius. We had capas. You can choose which kind; we each had one layered bean capa and one garbanzo capa. They are similar to a tamal. Then you choose which sauce you want on each. You really can’t go wrong as they are all delicious. I chose vegetarian options. One was a green sauce that was hearty and delicious, the other was a tomato sauce with a dash of chipotle and it was super delicious! My brother had something very similar, but the green sauce was with chicken. She will let you try the sauce first, if you’d like! I highly recommend her food! It is obviously made with love. The food was fresh and delicious. Lots of flavor and personal touch. The person running the truck answered questions and was nice. She let me be more eco-friendly with my order. I will definitely be back!
