The service wasn’t great, but not a bad one either. Few misunderstandings and we received a few apologies. The licorice license was under renewal process … so no beer. When we got to order was fast. The sushi was good, I would recommend reading the ingredients in case you can’t eat spicy or you don’t like it. The prices are reasonable, the place is very clean, and the decorations are nice. I highly recommend the crab salad and the dragon roll. I will give this Restaurant another try.

Last time (years and years ago) I ate at Naganos it was dry and not that great. Decided to try it again and left very happy! The food was great and so was the service. I got the Steak and Shrimp Teriyaki and the egg rolls during my visit. I’ll be back!

The staff was very nice, but my salmon sashimi left something to be desired. The pieces were very small and nearly tasteless, except for the pieces that were brown on the edges.. did try one of those and it tasted nasty.

I was overcharged, the rice was undercooked on the sushi and it fell apart. I ordered salmon sashimi and was given a box with lettuce mix and random slices of salmon that was covered in green and black spots. When I called, the manager said they would only give me a discount if I drove back and only if she thought it needed discounted. She accused me of lying multiple times even when I offered to send pictures or bring it back. They also cross contaminated avocado with the sushi after I asked for none due to an allergy.

Highly recommend! My husband and I just went for lunch. Service was great. Food was SO DELICIOUS…cooked fresh and exactly how it was ordered. I ordered the chicken yakatori and subbed zucchini for carrots. The rice was cooked to perfection. The large portion sizes left me feeling full. I wish I would have taken photos but I dove in too quickly. If you haven’t been to Nagano lately you need to give it a try!

Unfortunately the food was not very good. I love Japanese hibachi food but, this was not at all what I’m used to. The drive up window was super convenient and the service was quick and efficient so no issues there. The salad was old and brown, the dressing was not ginger or soy. The seafood smelled old and the meat was tough and dry. I came from SC a few years ago and I really wanted to like it because I need my Japanese hibachi here in NC. I’m sorry to report this way.

I haven’t been to this place for a long time. I’ve only ever been for lunch, so that’s all I can speak for. Their lunch is always a good portion for a pretty good price. I typically get the all vegetables and rice. I usually eat a little over half and take the rest for later. It always tastes great. The carrots are a little on the sweet side for me, but I still eat them.
