Nadya’s Pizza Alla Romana is a type of pizza from the region of Lazio. We traveled to Italy about a year and fell in love with the roman style pizza, so we brought the concept to Long Island, New York. In order for us to learn how to make the roman style pizza we recruited two Italian pizza maker’s from the Rome region.
