Very slow. Very unorganized. Bagels taste good if your just getting bagels to go and have a lot of time to waste. Do not get anything prepared. They mess up orders more often then they get them correct. Here’s a pic of my bagel with not too much cream cheese. Funny…they have a sign on the counter that says due to rising cost their menu prices are going up. Maybe train your staff to take orders correctly and not waste product.

Ordering a dozen bagels the worker tells me I already picked my twelve and I tell him no I have 11 I need two more a bakers dozen right he then laughs and says fine two more he proceeds to throw my bagels on their counter part and starts talking about me in Spanish I looked at him listened and simply said can you please change the sesame bagel for a lighter one and can you put the sesame bagels in a separate bag thanks, he then again started talking About me in Spanish. Which in turn I told him in Spanish, why are you talking about me in Spanish I understood everything you said you should be a bit more careful you don’t know who understands the language and who doesn’t. They look on his face, priceless.

They need to work on their service. They have people waiting on the sides. You don’t know when your food is done or where the line starts to even order your food. They want you to be coming up and asking when your food is done. Seriously need to work on being more organized and time conscientious.

Walked across the street while getting an oil change. It was busy so that’s always a great sign. 3.50 for French toast bagel and cream cheese. It was excellent. Then, started to pull up the 1 star reviews. They do waste bc I specifically emphasized “light” cream cheese. They saturated the bagel with it and have the audacity to jump on the bandwagon of “inflation.” 5 stars bc it was delicious. If I ever return, I will open the tin foil right in front of the counter in front of everyone and see if they are still heavy handed.

Bagels were very good but the staff could not get our order right and we were there for way too long for such a small and uncomplicated order. We will be back but if service continues to be an issue, we will find somewhere else to go.

I love My 3 Sons – both locations on Nassau Blvd. and Covert Ave. Are my primary visits. Bagels are fantastic and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I like their coffee too.

Highly recommend this place for a breakfast sandwich. I ordered the sausage/egg/cheese bagel (with ketchup, chipotle, salt, pepper) and it was delicious! The best breakfast sandwich place around here 🙂

When you call here they answer and put you on hold immediately, then proceed to leave you there for eternity (~10min or more) it makes no sense. Sometimes they never come back and I hang up and call again. I’ve never experienced this anywhere else its weird and irritating.
