We are a family owned business bringing Cajun flavors to our home town. Our crawfish, shrimp, and vegetables are cooked with a special blend of spices of our own making! Need some comfort food with a Cajun twist, try etouffee, gumbo, jambalaya, or red beans and rice. Like BBQ but tired of the same ole flavor, try our Cajun pulled pork sandwiches that has just the right amount of spice and sweetness. EXCELLENT crawfish! I love the seasoning and the dipping sauce! Just finished 5 lbs right out of the cooker. It was hot, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Cooking crawfish perfectly is an art and these folks are artists!
