Needed some bagels to put the smoked salmon and cream cheese on that we bought at the farmers market. so we spotted this place and stopped in. They have a large assortment of bagels, pastries and cookies. They also do light breakfast and sandwiches. Order at counter. Everything looked good. We just got a few bagels. They were good enough, but we’re not as dense and chewy with a nice, shiny exterior that great ones have. Much better than grocery store bagels, and good with all our toppings. Will come back and try some of their other items.

Very nice place, great “old Reno” corner location which years ago was the old school neighborhood “California Market”, very limited parking, high priced mediocre food, broad variety of luke warm coffee blends in self-service top-pump Thermos’s.

The only breakfast place that my partner and I go to when we are in town. Everything you can think of for your bagel needs. Muffins and smoothies are great additions. Also have a good variety of coffee and seating inside is very homey/cozy with plenty of options. Sometimes, the line gets long but it gives you time to look at the menu and staff is always friendly.

Good selection of teas and bagels. Breakfast sandwiches are solid but cost $8! If you just want decent coffee and breakfast sandwiches instead of bagels, I’d honestly recommend McDonald’s.

A large selection of Muffins and Bagels. I ordered a Chocolate Cheesecake mini muffin and it was delicious. I wasn’t anticipating getting a bagel, but it looked too good to turn down. It was sooo good, the cheese melted on it was crispy and it had a little bit of saltiness from the bacon. I highly recommend checking this place out!

We haven’t been here since we moved to the Carson area. We still love this place. Fantastic food, atmosphere and service. Do yourself a favor and stop in. Sit outside and relax.
