Amazing selection and variety of empanadas! I got both sweet and savory and each one was delicious. The drinks offered (Sandia, horchata, etc) are also delicious. Overall great service and fair pricing.

What a hidden gem! I’ve ridden my bike past this place hundreds of times, and since I was walking today, I decided to stop in. The pork empanada was tasty with a spicy pickled onion type sauce, as was the spinach and feta empanada – sorry no photos as we scarfed them down! The horchata and the watermelon aqua fresca were refreshing, and the flan topped off a nice lunch break. Megan was super friendly, and the music laid down a comfortable, casual beat. Recommend!!

Stopped at “My Empanadas” on our way home from dinner to get a few empanadas to go. The young men working there was super friendly and explained the whole concept to us as soon as we walked in. The bakery has all kinds of authentic Mexican empanadas, from sweet to savory. You can choose between eating it right there or getting them to go and reheating them in the oven at home. We did just that! Reheating worked great, everything we tried tasted really good! Would definitely recommend.

Great selection of empanadas, with a few different vegetarian options. All are very good, and the sauces that go with them are excellent too. Would highly recommend getting a flan for dessert – their flan is superb. Of the dessert empanadas, the pistachio has been our favorite. This is a Fort Collins gem!

Love, love, LOVE these tasty things . So addictive (I ate them almost every day for a whole year )! Easy to grab on the go and heats up in 40 seconds! I freeze too then heat up whenever I want a snack or light meal. Cutest family ever! This is Azael’s mom making tortillas for us in the Yucatán where the flavors come from!

So so good! My husband and I come back again and again! Lately we’ve been getting 10 for the 10% off. We have them heat up a few for us to eat now and then eat the rest throughout the next few days. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Their sandia tastes just like watermelon and their jamaica (however you spell it) is the best!

So good…seriously SO GOOD! We tried the steak and the chimole chicken, both were absolutely amazing. The sauces were excellent too. Also, the watermelon juice was so fresh and good, I have never had anything like it! We cant wait to come back!

These were some of the best empanadas I’ve ever had. My bf and I were visiting Ft. Collins and we stumbled upon this place and ended up liking it so much that we went back again. They have a lot of different kinds of empanadas and sweet ones too. Also- none of the empanadas were spicy but some of the sauces were which was great for me.
