There used to be an annual Thanksgiving family get-together, and this would be the family’s ‘pre-game’ place to hang the night before Thanksgiving and before everyone else arrived the day of. Pool, drinks, food was had by all! It was a nice local establishment to relax and have fun catching up.

If you’re in or around Marshfield take a small drive to this bar. My Brother’s Place is like one huge family. The first time my husband and I went in we were greeted with smiles and the staff were eager to get to know us(no doubt due to our Southern accents). It’s a gem in Spencer, WI. There was an immediate feeling in the atmosphere of laid back folks looking to enjoy their night. We were even introduced to nearly everyone. Play a game of pool, have a drink and a homemade burger with curly fries. You won’t regret it. It was the first time we’ve ever walked in to a place for the first time and walked out feeling like part of a family instantly.

People are friendly and unique. The bartender was friendly and service was excellent. When you walk in from the front entrance you will see a long bar with round bar chairs to sit upon. They do serve food via deep fryer and a burger oven. Pizza assorted candy bars chips. I would come back to My Brothers Place.
