I come to this Cava quite regularly, not only for the food, but also for the excellent customer service. Everyone who works at the Annapolis Towne Center location is very kind and friendly. In particular, Karina, is a wonderfully friendly worker who always greets me (and other customers) with a smile. We briefly chat anytime I come in, which is often look forward to the most!

Wonderful service!!! I had one of the girls with the colored hair serve me, (I should’ve gotten her name) she was super kind and helpful the entire time since I do have allergies. The bowl was delicious too!!!

I love Cava but this location the workers are very rude. They barley put any meat in my bowl and when I ask for more, they say thats extra. I got a half a scoop of chicken in my bowl there was barley any meat. I dont understand why they cant just do normal portions.. its not coming out of your pay check. Im paying 21 dollars for no meat and very little toppings.

Update: Service gets even worse. My last time. DoorDashed an order and my salad showed up with a half-full bowl and barely a few shreds of lettuce. Total rip-off. Employees should be ashamed of selling this.
Service is lacking. I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant a few minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I waited a few minutes at the pickup station, next to a woman also waiting. After a few more minutes, someone behind the counter asked our names. Only then did they start making our orders. That’s unacceptable. I worked at a nearby fast-casual restaurant and if we let online orders sit like that, we’d get fired.
The food is pretty good and a nice, reasonably healthy option.
Although I was getting food to go, the atmosphere of the restaurant is depressingly dull. It had a bit of character when it was Zoe’s, but it has been stripped of everything and now the place is about as inviting as a storage shed.
