Carl Musso never started with a grand plan, in fact, what he had was a sausage recipe from our ancestors in Lucca, Sicily. He wanted to share the amazing tasteful sausage with the Pueblo County area, so he opened Musso’s Restaurant in 1991. He never expected it to become what it has become today. Carl passed on the family business to his only daughter, Lisa Musso. The restaurant has been feeding regulars and getting new customers every day for over 20 years now! Our secret? It’s not one, admittedly. Our special ingredients are a big part. An unrelenting love for sausage is another big part. Between the two, we believe we have our sausage bases covered. We use only the best ingredients and cook food from scratch that keeps costumers comin…

Delicious! A very simple atmosphere but delicious food. Homemade breakfast burrito, you have to get it smothered – to die for! I got bacon, my husband got Sicilian sausage. We both loved it. Bummed they were out of cinnamon rolls but… guess we’ll have to go back! 🙂

Decent food. But the owners or managers or workers had a very specific family member there that kept grabbing my wife repeatedly even during our meal. And the workers seemed to think it was funny or appropriate. It was a very unpleasant experience. While understand that individual is a local and is probably known by locals out there. We are from a different part of town. I will not recommend to anyone. Or go back.

This place delivers on flavor and good service! I had breakfast here and loved the Sicilian sausage and pancakes. This is a down home diner at its finest, with the walls covered in memories and you are always greeted with a smile. There are some delicious spice mixes they have available as well. Stop by!
