The food was fresh. The service was above and beyond. I can’t remember his name, but the manager that was there this afternoon was PHENOMENAL. He was so kind to my kids. He went far beyond typical customer service to make sure my kids and I were happy with our visit. He even walked around to check on everyone eating in the lobby. It was a great experience.

I’ve tried to give this specific burger king chance after chance and the third time was the last straw. The first time, i order an 8 piece jalapeño bite but got a 4 piece. I brought it up to them and they fixed it. No big deal. Second time, ordered a classic chicken sandwich and added tomato, onion, and cheese. Instead, I got just the chicken a bread. Not even lettuce or mayo dude. This final time, I went thru drive thru and decided I was gonna come in. The guy literally huffed into the mic and said something i didnt catch. When I went in, my girlfriend asked a question about the app cause she never used the burger app before. This was last time and final I EVER step foot in that place. This place just straight up sucks. I tried to be understanding and just think “maybe they’re having off day” “maybe someone is new.” They need new management or something man

First time I came here, my boyfriend really didn’t want to come here because they’re known to be rude and constantly messing up orders, but it was the closest to us in the moment. I talked him into going because I know Burger King is one of his favorite fast food restaurants and I had a reward for a free cheeseburger. We went to the drive thru first but then changed our minds and decided to go in instead because the app was being slow. The guy huffed or sighed and said something we didn’t hear, no big deal, didn’t care. I wasn’t upset with that because I thought maybe he was doing multiple things at once, as someone who’s been working in restaurants for 3+ years I understand. When we went inside, my boyfriend went to the bathroom and since there wasn’t kiosks, I went up to the counter. This old dude “helped” me. I asked if I can use my reward at the counter or if I needed to do it on the app instead, I had no problem doing it on the app if I had to and I was incredibly friendly so it didn’t seem like I would’ve been upset at all. He said he can do it there and I asked do I need to scan my app, I’m used to scanning my app and wasn’t aware I had to give him the code until he rudely said he needed it. I still was friendly and gave him my code and asked to use my free cheeseburger reward because he told me I could use it at the counter. He, with the most rudest tone I’ve ever heard, said “all I can see is your name”. So I said never mind I’ll just do it on the app. The only rude thing I’ve done towards him was maybe a facial expression because he was just being extremely rude for no damn reason when I could’ve done it on the app if he really didn’t want to deal with me. While I’m fooling with the app, I hear the same rude old dude yelling and being hella rude to his employees. When my boyfriend came out and he made me tell him what happened, he made us leave cus he was fed up with this behavior from this place. This place is an embarrassment and the poor employees that are most likely dealing with the unkindness from their managers here deserve better. Fast food needs to get their shit together. If you don’t like your job, no one is forcing you to stay. Get retired or get a new job.

Beginning to think they shut down the drive through at lunch time. 3rd time I have tried getting food there in a week between 11-1 on a weekday. 1st time, only one in the drive through. Guy over speaker “Give us just one moment”. No problem. Still waiting 5 minutes later. Gave up and went to Hardees. 2nd time, line all the way around the building with no signs of moving. Gave up and went to McDonalds. 3rd time, 2 cars in front of me. Car at the speaker just sat and sat. No one taking an order over the speaker. Only 1 car at the window. Again, waiting 8 minutes and 1st car at speaker did not even move. Gave up and went to Sonic. Way to give business to your competition, Guys. Keep up the “Good Work”.

Took my three kids there to get the new spongebob kids meal. They were super excited about the toy. Imagine how sad they were when we got home and the employees forgot to put a toy in any of the meals!!! I expect you to make this right BK!

I ordered through delivery and when we got out food my boyfriends sandwich had white mold on the bread. We took it up to the Burger King with the receipt asking for a refund just for the one sandwich bc he did not want anything there from them at all now after seeing that. As I spoke to the manager she proceeded to show me a log of bread with black spots and started to explain I quickly stopped her politely and informed her so, ma’am no this bread has white mold, here you can see, and I handed her the sandwich, which she then proceeded to tell me it’s not mold and that their bread is taken out freshly every day and that I could not get a refund but only a replacement.

The lady working the drive thru RIGHT NOW is very RUDE! She over talked me when I told her she need to exercise a little more patience, she rolled her eyes and slammed the window. I come by everyday my money will not be spent there EVER!
