Got a Big Fish combo with onion rings. I waited 15 minutes for the sandwich to come up and then they started the onion rings. I waited for a total of 25 minutes. By the time I actually ate it wasn’t even very good. My fish was swimming in an ocean of tater sauce and the onion rings were soggy and not very hot. I don’t think they cooked them long enough.
Place could have used a good cleaning as well. Wasn’t overly bad but it definitely needed some surfaces wiped down.
Nice people that work there though. Everyone is pleasant.

Most of the time the staff is kind. However!!! I don’t see how they’re still open. Horrible review. Terrible drive thru times, which SUCKS because you’re blocked in and cannot exit.
Mainly came here to express my concern that their ice machine for drinks have been down for close to a year! I think that is INSANE.

Ordered a number 1….whopper combo…..i get to the window and the lady there asks if i just got a whopper, i said no onion rings and a diet…i ordered a number 1. She proceeded to tell me she doesnt know what the order was. However she only charged me for the whopper and rings. Then she had to take my card again to charge me additional $3.17 for the diet……why wouldnt you just comp it since you guys cant communicate?!?! The food was hot and delicious though

The drive thru was 47 minutes! The driveway is constructed with curbs on both sides, that you cannot drive over, so you are trapped once you are in line. If you had a medical emergency in your car or a child in need , in your car, you cannot drive away! You can’t drive away when you are tired of waiting 47 minutes. The one staff taking money and handling the food, Ruth, was apologetic and lovely. She said there was not enough staff. But it is not the staff’s fault or problem. It is the owner’s! The owner should be ashamed! If you can’t run your business properly, close it down until you can.

I ordered breakfast from this location on doordash. My iced coffee with cold foam arrived with no cold foam on it, even though they left room in the cup for the cold foam. French toast sticks came with no syrup, and one of them was gooey in the middle, as if it was still raw. Hash round cup was only filled up halfway so even though I ordered medium, I got a small size amount. And the croissant bread was whiter than I am. Extremely disappointing. I thought I got a steal of a deal getting this $15 breakfast bundle, but really I just got $15 worth of food I won’t be eating.

Sandwich/ food made me and my husband sick. I spent 28.00 here. The onions were slimy. I should’ve left when I had the chance. The manager was sitting in her office yelling at the one girl making burgers and telling her she was putting too much lettuce on sandwiches. The lobby floors were filthy. Just money wasted

When I drove past the front of this franchise ICK was my first impression. Don’t look down. The person at the mic was curt. My order was wrong, and wow the prices were so high for such low quality. I asked for a whopper with just lettuce, tomato and ketchup below is what they served. No ketchup, an onion I DIDN’T ask for and only packets of ketch for french fries. Next time I will wait till I get to a better BK that is CLEANER!!!!

Do not eat here! You’ll get very sick ..I went here earlier to get my 6 year old son a breakfast burrito and he started to have very bad diarrhea while in the car and I had to rush home to get him cleaned up and while cleaning him up he had a very bad blowout in the hallway to the bathroom all over the bathroom walls and all down his legs and back..this was the only thing he had eaten besides snacks such as chips etc ..I’ve never seen so much diarrhea but I can tell yall that the food here is nasty ..I had the French toast sticks ..very greasy no flavor and just nasty..potato crowns were greasy and nasty ..do not eat here my son got real sick

If I can get this place zero stars, I would absolutely terrible first I come to proceed to pick up my order that I’ve placed on mobile order 10 minutes ahead. I go inside to pick up my order of course it’s not ready, but they were a little busy so it’s understandable. The short manager on the front counter had an attitude.
