When we first arrived, it was great!! Hence the two stars. The bartender was extremely nice, welcoming ave attentive. (Big smile, blonde hair gal)
After she left, that’s when it went down hill. The next shift, two young ladies working, never came to say hello, they passed us twice while sitting at the bar wth empty glasses, empty plastic baskets that our food wad served in. I had to wave at the “bartender ” to take our empty baskets bc they were starting to attract bugs. She grabbed them, then turned around to walk away!! I had to stop her so we could oder drinks!! After sitting for over an hour wth no drinks and no service. I got the bill and we sat another 45 min for someone to take are card to pay!!! After 55 min or so, I went to the wall, where the young girls sat the entire time, and asked if they were bartenders. They took my card and we left.
Food was OK. Another place in this town we will not be returning

Not really sure what’s going on here. Place is usually packed so I try to put that into perspective. Food comes out hard and greasy. Pickle chips so hard have to send back. How do you get them that hard, their pickles lol. Sure they replaced with a little better quality but now send out our breaded wings just add hard. If I’m gonna spend 80 cents per wing I’d like to enjoy all 15 not 6 but all 15. My kid rather me go to Walmart and buy the wings and do myself. Other then that really nice place. Waitresses are knowledgeable and quick with refills and knowing the menu without looking.

Our waitress was very pleasant and friendly and did a great job checking on us. The owner came by the table and spoke to us and was friendly. The the establishment was really clean, even though there was a crowd. It was smaller inside than I was expecting. The amount of time it took to get our order wasn’t bad. The food, I have mixed feelings about. I would have liked to have had more flavor on my steak. The baked potato was hot fresh and good. The salad was mostly iceberg lettuce, with tomatoes, cheese and croutons. I asked for more bread to go with my steak dinner because the serving on the plate was small in comparison to the size of the steak, and I was brought a slice of dry toasted loaf bread. The philly cheesesteak sandwich and fries were good. Overall our experience here was ok.

I have gave MudBums chance after chance. This is the last time I will eat there. I got 5 wings with mild sauce. There was so much grease I couldnt even taste the mild sauce. The wings was soggy. All I tasted was greasy chicken. I got a small piece of celery and there was mold on it. Do better. Extremely disappointed.

as much as i like their food offerings, the wait staff do not seem to have been trained properly.

First experience, I was very hesitant and was very surprised!! Wings were awesome. Our waitress kept us in drinks without having to ask or chase someone down. We went during a concert and very laid bad back no loud people from alcohol. The only thing I didn’t like was the pickles. Bathrooms could be cleaner but ok. Our favorite place in town for wings now!*Update Place has been remodeled now and offers meat and 3 thru lunch hrs awesome deal! ● Locally owned●

Honestly so disappointed in my experience here. I ordered $40 worth of food. Got the cheese pizza, spin dip pizza, cheese sticks, Texas tooth picks, fried pickles and cheese fries.
Let’s start with the cheese fries.
My entire family is long time vegetarians. My daughter has been her entire life.
No where on the menu on their website does it list bacon on the fries. I live about 40 minutes away and got home and the fries are slathered with bacon. I called and asked if I could come exchange them for some without bacon tonight or tomorrow and they told me bacon is listed on their physical menus… well I ordered the food from home after looking at their menu online (which does not list bacon!). They told me they would not exchange them or refund them.
As a business owner I’m shocked that a restaurant would not be jumping through hoops to please a customer during the COVID pandemic. The restaurant was empty so that makes me even more surprised. I’ve never seen someone not willing to exchange food…
As for the rest of the food –
All the appetizers came out extremely soggy. Had to put them in the oven to get them edible.
Pizzas were both stuck to the cardboard (Tasted like cardboard too).
Overall the food was OK. Extremely underwhelming. But after the customer service experience I wouldn’t care if it was the best food I’ve ever had, I will not be eating here again and I’ll make sure none of my friends do either.

Philly steak and Cheese wrap was awesome!Good service and didn’t wait long on our food. They have a good selection of sandwiches and appetizers. Definitely reccomend eating here for lunch just about any day.

I paid $12 for a chicken plate with steak and veggies… this is what I got! No salad or bread. My food don’t even stand ½ an inch in the plate! I get this same plate in Murfreesboro for $8 and I can’t close my lid with them! Lesson learned… I guess I shouldn’t have ordered off the adult menu lol
