Loved this place! Everything was delicious. My fave was the Jewish apple cake. But all the cake slices were big and super moist. I got the chocolate chip cookie, strawberry cake and the Jewish apple cake and the oatmeal crème pie. I’m coming back for the chocolate ganache and the carrot cake! Come here for your next cheat day. Anything you order will be good.

I went there for the first time with my friends. We all tried different desserts. Chocolate cake piece (5/5), rice crisp topped with dark chocolate (3/5). The ambiance was cute and we took a parcel as there wasn’t much seating space inside.

Excellent bakery! Stopped in this morning and was impressed with the wide variety of pastries. Everything looked delicious so it was hard to choose but the galaxy brownie caught my eye. I also grabbed the cinnamon roll and the poptart (which was a seasonal pastry). They all tasted so good but the poptart stood out!

I walked on 12/22 and needed a Blue Birthday cake!!! Found the most incredible ice blue funfetti round wonder of a cake it had snowflake details and it tasted DIVINE!! I used to drive to Murfreesboro to a Bakery their. I won’t be anymore!!! ❤️ 10/10

If you’re on the hunt for the perfect birthday cake, look no further. This spot absolutely nailed it. The cake we ordered was not only beautifully crafted, but genuinely delicious moist, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. You can tell they put real care into what they do. It made the celebration feel that much more special. I’m already eyeing the rest of their dessert menu for my next visit. This place is a gem, I’ll definitely be back!

The most delish wedding cake of all time! We had Baked on 8th make Gluten Free wedding cake for our big day and everyone was RAVING about how delicious it was. We ordered a smaller two tier cake, with an extra sheet pan as well. Can’t wait to order my next special event cake with them 🙂

second time visiting today… came back because the treats from visit #1 were pretty darn delectable, and i had to try a few more. i want so badly to give a 5-star review, because i think this team makes some great baked goods (the coffee toffee brownie is truly a confectionary masterpiece), and the staff is SOOO friendly. they are attentive, answer all ten million questions you (i) might have, and give great opinions/guidance on what they love and what to try… and when there are as many options as Baked on 8th has, you really appreciate the insight! unfortunately, my experience today was soured by the hair that was baked all the way through my Oreo Dolly bar. and when it comes to food, hygiene and sanitary issues are sort of paramount in my rating system. i am imagining the name of this particular bar is an homage to our great country queen; however, i didn’t expect the list of ingredients to include an authentic hair from her head (or wig?), and i am fairly certain the gentleman helping me didn’t list that in the description. ended up tossing the box of goodies i was so excited to dig into, as hair just wasn’t on the menu tonight and, as it turns out, can be quite an appetite killer when you realize it’s most definitely not yours or your girlfriend’s. $20 down the drain. (but maybe that was the universe gently nudging away the empty calories.) bummed that i am now having to reconsider making this my local guilty pleasure stop.

I was looking for a local bakery to find something gluten-free to satisfy my sweet tooth, and came across this gem. The parking lot is kind of small but we were able to secure rock star parking on a Saturday!! Unlike most bakeries, this one actually stays open a little later. The building is adorable and the smell that hits you when you walk inside is delightful! There were two (I think) beautiful cases filled with all kinds of goodies, cupcakes, cookies, muffins, bars… only a few gluten-free free options but most places don’t have any or they’re gross. But they had a Puppy Chow cookie and it was so good. BUT for the non having celiac folks (lucky) you’re in for a REAL treat. Forgive me if my names are wrong but we also got a Hello Dolly (which the hubby says is to die for) a bourbon peach poptart of sorts and a galaxy brownie? I only know that the Hello Dolly is right… the other two are my best guesses. But don’t be greedy, I promise the brownies and bars are big enough to share due to the richness and sugar high. It took 2 people 2 days to eat 1 Galaxy brownie. And they look pretty! I can’t tell you how pricing is, due to the fact my eyes said “PRETTY!” and stomach said “YUM” so I assume the pricing is similar to other local bakeries? I guess you’ll just have to find out for yourself!

Best walk up bakery, and even better custom cakes!! We do every birthday cake and event cake from Baked on 8th and they do it all, even gluten free! Can’t recommend enough! They are not only the most delicious, but also the most beautiful. Just make sure to call in advance because they fill up with custom orders since they’re so special!
