I did a delivery, food came so hot and fresh. Open the box, pizza hard and crispy, guess it was over cooked. To top the cake it’s HAIR baked into my cinnastix. Called and asked for manager, Paul said he’s the manager, he told me to send pics, and HE WILL SEE WHAT HE CAN DO. (He gave me the email wrong twice. I had to come to the reviews for the correct email.)What a response. I sent pics he called back within 5 minutes and told me he would be refunding my order. I’m writing this review because people deserve to know how our food is back there being cooked. I know we take chances, but No NETS on hair and probably no gloves. Smh. It’s crazy how everybody expects great service when it comes to there’s but doesnt practice proper etiquette or sanitation themselves.

I’m not sure if this Mr. Jim’s is under new ownership but they provided the wrong pizza and terrible service. Paul, the owner, was rude and did not own up to their mistake. By time I got home with my order, I saw they put the sticky fingers and meat lovers on the cheaper crust without the garlic butter crust I requested. I called immediately and they were already closed. My kids were hungry and I already spent $43.00 so I allowed them to eat it. I called the very next morning and he wanted me to bring the whole pizza back uneaten to provide a refund or remake. I had half of the box left so he can see their mistake and correct it but he refused. He was rude, lacked professionalism, and had no accountability for their mistake. I will never order from Lancaster’s Mr. Jim’s again. A simple apology would have been acceptable but Paul lacks human decency and manners that should have been taught to him as a child. Good day!

I just got the large meat lovers. I wish I could take a picture. When lil Caesar’s would have been a better choice for a 5 dollar hot a ready. It look like it’s been reheated from a previous order didn’t nobody pick up.

Always in the mood for Mr. Jim’s when with my momma. It’s her favorite pizza, and was our meal for mothers day. While we watched movies. Always welcoming here. And always polite. I’ve been eating here since I got out of the military in 2004. I love it.

This location has the best pizza in Lancaster. I always receive the same quality whenever I order from them even with them short staffed. The pizza is always hot and fresh when it comes to the door. Domino’s, Papa John’s stopped ordering from them a long time ago because they are careless. But Mr. Jim’s will always have my service for their consistency. Its a bit pricier than the some of the other places but worth it. Guest should always receive the same quality products every visit and Mr. Jim’s never misses.

Kids said the pizza was extra greasy. But it tasted great to me. I placed a fairly large order pretty late at night and they had it done very quickly. I will definitely order from them again. My only complaint is that I really wish their onions weren’t diced so incredibly small
