We came to eat with our family to this restaurant and honestly from the start we were treated poorly by the cashier in the front. We ordered certain items that she repeated to us all and same items that she didn’t add because she was to busy talking on her cell phone. As we kept ordering one by one she would constantly walk away and talk to the chef about other things not ringing our order or any order or would be talking on the phone . When being served our food we as mentioned didn’t get certain food items and when we asked her about it she denied that we ever ordered it and that we had to pay again when we know we payed for it. This made us have to pay for it twice Because she insisted that we didn’t order anything. We had to wait 20 to even receive our food now my son had to wait another 20 to get his meal. That not including that my sons chicken nuggets and fries where burnt. Horrible service all together. It sad to see employees not care about their customers.

Pupusas are cheap but not that great – dough tasted a little raw. They were served without curtido and salsa. We simply got up to ask for it. No big deal, except they only bought out the curtido
Besides the filthy environment and the not so great food, the Micheladas were good.
I wouldn’t dine here again though.

Bought a wet burrito. Flavor was bland and they forgot to put cheese on top of the burrito. Red sauce was too spicy.

The saying is if I could give a lower score I would. I came to pickup food for Uber Eats and boy was everything lousy about this place. The guy attending the customers won’t even look at you as if you’re lower than dirt. The social distancing was mediocre at best. It’s as if everyone forgot last year and have since carried on. The decor is so tacky and outdated, thrift stores are in better condition than this place. Photos of photo look like they were taken in the 1980’s. Sanitation comes second here, I nearly swatted 10 flies from flying by me. Trust me I counted. What a lousy place full of lousy people. Go somewhere else for dining.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The floor was dirty, poor maintenance. Bathroom wall were dirty full buggers and had no papertowels or toilet covers. I’m glad I only ordered a drink and fries.
