Wow hands down sushi. I am picky with my sushi and I prefer rice less and flavorful. This place include that kind of sushi in there special all you can ate too. Don’t forget the ice cream at the end, I don’t like ice cream but that one is a low sugar taste ice cream I like it because it has a mild taste that you can enjoy without overpowering your taste. We need one in Arizona please.

So 1st the rating definitely would be a 4 start review, except we felt rushed with our server, he kept showing up briefly even waving him down making eye contact and he would go around and do another task and then come over avoiding us. The party was 4 and still got charged gratuity automatically? The menu states part of 5+ ? The gratitude is earned and in this instance was not. Total bill was 150+.

So this is my second time coming here. Can’t believe I never tried it after seeing it so many times but I had my favorites I used to go to. I came here after oyshi lost its customer service and fish quality . Second time I came here was after oyshi on rainbow. I went there sat at the bar like I usually do since I used to go there every week but this time the manager Pete was soo rude . I asked the guy sweeping vigorously when there was open fish and sauce laying around so I asked if he can kinda kick it down a notch since customers were there so he didn’t speak no English so when I asked the manager if he can tone it down a notch he asked if the the hostess know I’m seated (I’m the only one at the bar .) so I said I let her know yes but he said that guy sweeping isn’t violating the health code . Like who says that. So then he said if I didn’t like that I can leave so I left . And I’m glad I did. I will never go there again. I gave them another chance but people need to learn how to provide value toner service is you want your business to stay afloat ♀️. My family has had Italians restaurants and I’ve been in the hospitality business for decades . I definitely recommend business teaching customer service in this day n age. You will make a lot of money because it’s very rare to find nowadays . It’s a shame . But this place gives it all. Customer service ambiance and food quality piecing is just right. highly recommend this place. Hasn’t disappointed me yet and I am an honest critic .

Sushi was really good, we always frequented Sushi Neko, but Mr. Shota has changed our minds, this will be our go-to, rice to fish ratio is impeccable. Service was a little on the slow side, but it appears that they are hiring and understaffed. Restrooms were clean. They actually serve filtered water, while most restaurants serve tap water. Nevertheless I’m impressed by their water. They also have cute little ice cream for dessert.

This place has been on our “must try” list for quite a while now, and I must say it did not disappoint. The decor is what you would expect from a small sushi joint with dark wood and walls, colorful Japanese style lights, and neon signs. However, they have cool toys and figures illuminated by colorful LED lights in certain booths.
