Even with a long line, the service moved fast and I had my sandwich in minutes. The beef and lamb were well-seasoned with solid, consistent flavor. This was my third visit, and the quality has been the same every time. A reliable spot and easy to recommend for a quick lunch or dinner.

The employees are very nice and willing to assist you till your is complete. I always go there when I have a craving for unforgettable delicious tasting tender meat! You will always be satisfied.

It was my first time dining here and I overall enjoyed the experience. It’s a nice setup with a pretty chill atmosphere, customer service was pretty good, and the wait time was really short. I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl and it was pretty good. However, I do feel that the portion sizes for the bowl are a bit small for the price. Other than that, I’d recommend trying this place out! I do wish the lamb and beef were separate because I’d love just the lamb bowl!

Food is good, prices are very reasonable. Staff is usually very friendly. Hours are very varied and sporadic, don’t count on the web site info. If you’re lucky, they’ll be opened. Definitely worth trying out. Norfolk is lucky to have this place.

This was my first visit and the food didn’t disappoint. We were greeted by a super friendly staff member who walked us through how to order. She was incredibly kind and patient with us.
The portions were plentiful and the flavor was on point! I loooooved their falafel!

Been coming here since they opened years ago. I even get catering every so often. Today I encountered the rudest employee ever. She was so disrespectful that I will not come back if she’s working and may never come back. We ordered a kids meal and asked to add chick peas and she said she couldn’t do that. So I asked to pay she said no. Then we got our food and sat down and our fries are cold which normally never happens. So I asked for new fries and she said no again. I had to ask three times for hot fries. This is unacceptable. I have attached a picture of the employee and I hope she can be trained on customer service. Normally Mr Shawarma is top notch but she ruined our dining experience.
