I came through the other day at 11:30pm but the guy working the drive thru had energy like it was high noon. He was super nice and super happy. My wings were pretty good too, but the reason I had to come leave a review is cuz this guy was an absolute delight to order from.

When we got our food. It was all cold.
We got different sandwiches, but they made them the same. We tried to get the correct sandwiches but told us no they are the correct.
The fried zucchini was old and must have been sitting out for a while. We couldn’t eat it because it was gross and cold.

This location has never done me wrong. Great food and great service, and that’s held true dining in or in the drive-thru. The fried chicken, tenders, sandwich, all of it is fantastic if you like greasy fried chicken. Also, the apple pie is the best apple pie of any fast food joint.

By far the best Popeyes restaurant in the region I personally drive out of my way to this location the chicken is always fresh and juicy the biscuits are hot and the sides are always on point as well as the extremely great customer service and management here 10 out of 10 Stars highly recommend coming to this location

The service was wonderful. Not sure if she is the manager or shift lead but she was multitasking, while she communicated with the cook in regards to the food. The store is very clean and the food was fresh. Will definitely visit once again.

I first couldn’t order my food ahead of time more than 15 minutes, so when I got to finally pick it up after not being able to set the time I could pick it up for lunch it was an hour later. When I went I sincerely asked to have it remade since I wasn’t able to order ahead for a time that works for me in the app and they said no cause they already made it. Then I heard from the server that my jalapeño wasnt given to me cause they don’t have any and none of the Popeyes do so I asked for a refund since I was charged for the jalapeño and they said they couldn’t refund my money unless I did it myself in the app but they couldn’t give it to me through the window since it was ordered online! Everytime I’ve gone to this place they mess up something! Do not go here unless you want the worse customer service & to not be refunded for what you paid for and for you food to never be made right with no way of helping resolve the problem! The shift manager raycee had a horrible attitude until I asked her name and then she change her attitude. Also if jalapeños are not sold in store, don’t put the available online! if I could give them less than 1 start I would!

I used to love Popeye’s. It’s not that they’re terrible now but compared to what they were, the current situation isn’t great. Their spicy fried chicken used to be the best in the game. Now, it’s just dried out and burnt. On this visit, it was so overcooked that I had to go and exchange it for the original. The original was good but I prefer the way they used to make their spicy. It was actually so dried out, it upset my stomach a bit and I ended up giving the rest of my chicken to my son in law. I don’t know why this happened. It seemed like it happened sometime around when they hit it big with their chicken sandwiches or maybe the pandemic but I’m just glad I live in a place where I can go to Church’s because they’re still doing it right. Honestly, it’s considerably better at KFC at this point. They absolutely refuse to give you enough gravy to make it all the way through an order of their mashed potatoes and if you want to put any of the gravy on your chicken, you can forget it. Very annoying

After waiting in the Drive-Thru for 20-plus minutes I was turned away and they wouldn’t serve me because they decided to stop accepting this promotional card that is still clearly valid. I called Andy as posted on the window and left a message last week. No response. Usually love this place. Would love a response and a resolution. Thanks
