Ordered a chicken Philly. Received a mushroom and pepper Philly. There were only seven pieces of chicken in the entire large size sub. One portion had no chicken on it at all. I’m not even complaining that the two meals cost $50.

I had never heard of Mr. Hero before moving to Ohio and I have to say WOW. It’s delicious! I love the hot, fresh made sandwiches and the waffle fries with cheese on the side are such a guilty pleasure. I have never been dissatisfied with any meal and the customer service has always been great from my perspective. Very filling lunch from friendly people.

I always love a good roman burger. This Mr Hero has a drive through, a real plus. Only problem is, since the make each order as it’s placed, the drive through can be slow, especially if there is a line. The food is always good though!
