Food is good here. You always win when you get pizza here. The prices have gone up as with everything so now it’s a bit pricey. I was a little disappointed with the fries though because they were hard. But everything else was fine.

I’m admittedly grading on a bit of a curve given the location, but I’ve been very pleased the two times I’ve ordered from here. There are a TON of pizza places in the area, but I’m finding it’s best to look at some of the secondary menu offerings. Case in point, the heros/sandwiches at Mr. Crispy’s are the selling point – they dominate the menu compared to the pizza options, and they offer half-sizes, which is perfect for me. (Full disclosure – I have not had the pizza but based solely on superficial optics, it does not look like my jam.)

Great food but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, so respectfully this will be my last time ever going to Mr. Crispy’s. It’s unfortunate how staff can ruin someone’s business. There was no greeting upon entry. I called in my order and as I’m waiting for an employee to make eye contact for assistance, it’s evident that they are avoiding me. It’s 7:30 PM on a Wednesday evening. All business’ get busy but at this time, it wasn’t. There is one nasty customer at the counter acting like other customers shouldn’t be standing near her. Finally, a male employee asked if I’m being helped and I said no. He didn’t respond so I said “I called in”, still no response. I’m not sure if he heard me, no response is a poor way to communicate to a customer. He didn’t ask my name or what I ordered or if it was ready or not. The other female behind the counter brings my food and rings it up. Both staff members acted like it was such a bother. This service was so terrible for something as simple as a take out order. I pay for the food, I say thank you, and again no manners or response from either employees. I’ve been in the restaurant business as a bartender for over 2 years. This service was so poor and unpleasant.

Called in my order at 5:27 for delivery. Called again at 6:30 to follow up on my order and was told it was already out the door. Food didn’t arrive until 7:30. Now I have cold pizza and soggy wings. It would have been quicker to just pick up. Very disappointed with the amount of time it took and quality of food Mr. Crispy’s.

Wasn’t originally here to eat, but struck up a conversation with the owners. Very kind, down to earth folks. About a week later just came in for my first pizza. The attendants were pleasant to talk to and the pizza chef was clearly focused on getting a perfect bake on the pies. We got the Mediterranean with added Italian sausage. It was delicious. Perfect crust!!

Prices are great. Portions are huge. Food is fresh and very tasty. The specialty pizza is amazing. I hate ranch pizza except Mr. Crispy’s chicken ranch pizza. It is creamy, tangy and lots of flavor in every bite.

Bad business. Website not updated. Ordered Friday pizza special which states $14.65 on web and you go in and it’s $26.00 and when you question it they look at you like you’re crazy and tell you website is outdated
