Some of the best croquetas I’ve ever had in my life. The sweets were all to die for. We tried the mil folhas de dulce de leche, flan, croquetas de jamon y dos cafecitos and it was incredible. The owner was so kind and friendly. Patient with our indecisiveness! It’s a family run business and they make all of the deserts and the food! Pls try them out and tell your friends. I will 10000% be coming here all the time now

Read great reviews and ordered a ham and cheese croissant, ham croquette and spinach empanada. None was great. Baked spinach empanada lacked taste and was full of oil. Added picture of the napkin underneath the pastry wrapped in pastry paper. The ham croissant was disappointing. Not pressed, ham was just a big piece of ham. Cheese was there but no taste whatsoever. The crossing on its own was not tasty. The service was as expected. Sorry but this was a very costly disappointment. Would not recommend.

All is great at this location. The food and pastries are well balanced and thus healthy and flavorful. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Mr Baker at Metropolis to anyone who great affordable food. The coffee is amazing and Yesenia provides professional and wonderful service. I can tell she is a great employee as well!
