The overall quality of the products is quite high and the service was really good. It’s a small little café style place with a decent collection of smoothies and very healthy options. The flavors were definitely on point for each thing I had. The only downfall is the prices for the products are a little out of control. For avocado toast, and a smoothie and a small tip it was $20…. I still go back because the flavors are on point but certainly not as much as I would like to. Definitely worth checking out.

I usually love coming to Bona Fide but this experience was definitely not up to standards – the place is nice and clean for the most part. I got my order taken and when I was asked my name for the order, the employee immediately started laughing uncontrollably, which I took very rudely. It took about 10ish minutes for us to get our order and when we started eating, the food we ordered didn’t match the description that was listed on the menu (eggs were just sliced and thrown into the box with the toast instead of being shredded and ON the toast, etc.) and while we were eating, the 2 employees mocked my fiancé’s laugh and were screaming behind the counter… it was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional so we ended up not even finishing and just leaving.

I love that this place has so many great healthy options but their coffee/lattes are NEVER hot and theyre super expensive so its so disappointing. Ive been coming for years and their coffee drinks always sound so good – but then I get it, and it’s never good and it’s always cold. Its definitely not the spot to go for coffee, stick to their juice. Its unfortunate. On paper their coffees sound SO good.
