Social Profile:

High quality specialty coffee house with in-house bakery. Our baristas are highly trained, and travel to national Coffee Fest each year. Our bakers come in each morning at 3 am to bake fresh pastries for our case. Bright and colorful inside, we have an outdoor grassed patio under our pergola and a quick Drive-Thru. Upstairs is sunlit and airy, looking out onto trees and the town. We rent both upstairs, with room for 35 guests, and outside, and have held weddings to showers to reunions to business meetings and everything in between. We are a community space, welcoming all people. Our best kept secret is that most of our employees have a special need and are our true mission

Noticed this place not too far from my home and saw reviews about having some delicious cinnamon rolls so I went to check it out. The cinnamon tasted fresh and not too strong of a icing taste which also was great. Also ordered their green tea mango which was a nice way to start my day.

This establishment offers excellent coffee and fosters a strong sense of community, featuring an outdoor seating area for patrons to enjoy beverages and snacks. The organization is dedicated to providing meaningful employment opportunities and promoting community integration for individuals within the neurodiverse spectrum.

Great atmosphere and yummy stromboli, though the coffee was just okay. It’s a cute place to bring kid as there is a play area upstairs but heads up: there was only one high chair available, and the safety gate upstairs isn’t actually mounted to the wall. Hopefully, they upgrade safety features soon!

I had a pumpkin spice latte in a mug earlier. Sadly, it was not as good as I thought it was going to be. The drink was just okay with a strange after taste. It wasn’t until I got the bottom where all the flavor came out. I then realized it just wasn’t mixed. The drink probably would have been really good of it was mixed right. Outside of this, the coffee shop is nice on the inside and very large. There are two floors to sit at.

Searching for fun place to go for coffee I found Moxi Junction in an old house. Just a short drive from Wichita in Maize. Great coffee, outdoor space and service. The cinnamon rolls are fantastic. The egg bite (bite size mini quiche) was not my favorite…it could use a bit more egg. More of a bread bite. I’ll try them again. Very clean.

Come see the Twins they rock. These young owners are leaving their mark on the Wichita area with their unique cafe. Baked goods check. Good drinks check. Warm and friendly atmosphere! These ladies are doing their thing. Nice ND cozy spot. Keep that art coming, ladies!

It’s just like going to Grandma’s house! It gives you the same kind of feel good experience and the pastries are just as you’d expect! The cinnamon rolls are what brought me there, but you can hardly choose from the amazing assortment! The prices are just as friendly as the staff. A new favorite spot!

Imagine you wanted to open a coffee shop with other offerings too. It would be whimsical, funky. rooted in the ethos of the community. That is MOXI Junction.

Where else have you been where a bicycle hangs from the ceiling and a bike pump supports one corner of the sink. Such is the bathroom on the left as you walk down the hall. This place features and supports local artists. We attended a folk performance by a local musician staged on part of the outside grounds. There is a wraparound porch complete with rocking chairs.

The only knock is this place is roughly 20 miles from my house. It’s attractive enough to make me wish I lived in Maize. Seriously, if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable weekend destination. Go here.

I’ve always loved stopping by this vibrant coffee shop, but loved it even more when I learned why it was started, and how they’re continuing that mission. Yesterday I had the red berry loose leaf tea and a bierock. But their scones are also delicious! MOXI = Mothers Of eXceptional Individuals. MOXi was started by 3 moms of special needs kids that wanted a place for them to work and thrive in the community once they were done with school. So they started this great coffee shop, bakery and art gallery, they continue to hire and train individuals with special needs. Love this place and their mission! ❤️ PS they have a drive through!

MOXI has some of the best coffee in the Wichita area. My fav is the Amaretto latte-it isn’t super sweet like some coffee shops make their lattes. You can add sugar but I really like the flavor and it smells so good! The decor is handmade and very creative! I am excited to check out the live music in the future! We had a blueberry and lemon scone and they were homemade, light and not too sweet either. #maize #kansas #buylocalks #kssmalltowns #kansasroadtrips #midwest
