This is a quaint spot with a warm atmosphere. You can tell the people that work there love what they do and are happy to make the food for their community. I haven’t seen pastries displayed so beautifully since I was in Lyon, France thanks to Nancy. Chef, George, has made this place pop and the food is one of a kind. Anything you eat there is delicious fresh and only made from the best ingredients. This is something you would expect in North Scottsdale down in Green Valley. This is a place you must visit.

An absolute must try if you are in Green Valley. Food is incredibly high quality and well priced, and the baked goods are no exception. My friends and I were so impressed that we came back two days in a row for lunch–impressive for a crew of hungry birdwatchers returning from long hikes to unanimously decide to go here together! (And thank you to the kind staff for taking care of us twice). Pictured is the Farmer’s Market salad complete with prickly pear BBQ chicken breast. If you are around the area and debating where to go eat, let this review make the decision for you. I have since returned to my home state on the east coast and still think about my meals here!

My food server, Haley, was efficient and friendly. My prickly pear margarita was good but too sweet for me. I also got a cream cheese pinwheel. It was good, not too sweet! The bread served w my salad was disappointing.

My wife and I have been going to this place for a year now and each time it has been a great experience. Their menu is loaded with great breakfast and lunch specials. I like their BBQ sandwich. It’s big and loaded with flavor. My wife likes various entrees off the menu as well. If your a coffee drinker, it great, hot and bottomless. The prices are reasonable. Their always busy, but, the service is top notch. So, have tried this place, I encourage you to do so. You won’t be sorry!

Saturday, January 3rd. I checked their web site and it stated that they are open today. Made a special trip to enjoy lunch and pick up a few bakery items. When we arrived, they were closed with no sign on the door. Spoke with a couple of folks in the parking area who stated that they had traveled from out of town specially to go to this cafe. I called their phone number and the recorded message was regarding their Thanksgiving business hours. It appears that they need to step up their communication.

We had an absolutely delightful lunch at this great establishment! Friendly service, diverse menu, excellent tasting food with generous portions. The bakery items are to die for! We got a triple chocolate cake for my daughter’s 21st birthday from here, and we all agreed it was probably the best cake we ever had! Definitely a place you want to stop at and get either a quick bite or some bakery items to take home. We will be back!

Had an absolutely awesome lunch here today. Had the cordon bleu sandwich with a side of french fries, and a dessert of one of the biggest cinnamon rolls I’ve ever seen in my life. Penny, who is the server was just fantastic very passionate about making sure I had a great meal and offering advice on what to order. Not sure when I’ll be back in the area again, but will definitely make a point to return.

I had not been to the bakery in months due to my wife’s illness. In the past their cinnamon rolls were awesome so I waited until they opened at 10 to get a fresh cinnamon roll to go. This was by far the worst cinnamon roll I have ever had. It was cold which should have made the frosting really good but it was runny, not very sweet and the cinnamon roll itself tasted as if it came out of the freezer and thawed. I will not be returning

Good food & ambiance (other than it was loud indoors with patrons talking). We were in a group of 5 & no outdoor tables were available to us, so we sat indoors. Lots of parking around the building, as well as across the street.
