We stayed here in Oct and I totally forgot to leave a review then. Our experience was so great. The two girls in the restaurant were quick and nice even though they were short staffed. The white chocolate breve was to die for and my burrito was the best I’ve ever had. We will be back soon!

Dined in one day and took out next. Breakfast absolutely yummy. Service terrific. Sadly my ribs were terrible. While they gave alot of food the ribs were not cooked right. Too tough and stuck on the bone. Hard to even cut off. Even tho they said they fall off ot qas far from that. I was surprised because they had a smokehouse out back. Maybe they werent smoked long enough. Fries where great and they accomidated my requests. Alittle bit of a wait tho but i guess good food takes time. Just disappointed in my dinner and i spent so much.

We came here to eat dinner at about 8pm. Ines? was our server. She was nice but we received bare minimal service. They were not particularly busy so I can’t fault it on that. I truly felt like she was oblivious to refilling drinks or anticipating needs of customers. Also, perhaps maybe not sitting down to eat at the counter while you still have customers in the establishment? Especially, if your tables are already not taken care of. We ordered the fried pickles/okra/mushrooms app which was good and the chicken fingers with fries. The chicken fingers seemed to be frozen chicken fingers but the fries were really good. I did get coffee/pastries in the AM which were good. The inside of the restaurant is really nice and it has so much potential! Just needs sprucing up on the service side of things.

The food was fabulous! They have done an awesome remodel! The service was exceptional! I love that it is full service now! The new owners are doing a great job. The only problem was finding a place to park. If you are not staying at the KOA and want to go for dinner parking is not clear. We parked in a big open space across the street with big trailers and such. The music also wasn’t great, but we were outside and didn’t really have to hear it. But I know some of the groups scheduled are fabulous! Overall a very enjoyable evening.

Food was so greasy we could not eat it. There was a ton of fat in the pork sandwich the slaw was on the edge of going bad. And was warm. The manger did offer to remake the food but we chose not to try it again. He refunded us our money after giving me attitude . but KEEP THE TIP. RUDE! How ever the young lady that took my order over the phone was super kind and professional.

The only words I can come up with for this lovely little café is that it’s freakishly good. Exceeds all expectations. Seriously, one does not expect a KOA food establishment to be five stars (especially for this group of rather discerning Land Rover enthusiasts), but this place is. No dumbed down white bread diner food here. All real home-made pub food goodness with creative touches all around. The morning “everything but the kitchen sink” grab and go burritos and fresh strong dark roast coffee are out of this world as well. And the staff is absolutely amazing. We literally passed on downtown restaurants in favor of this place.

We left an expensive, beautiful hotel for this rustic experience and oh so glad. Sounds and smells are incredible. Food is so good will come back again and again. Most astounding is service. Kindness and Ritz Carlton service. Crazy but wonderful!!!
