Ordered for delivery 1 medium pizza, 1 cinnamon dessert, cheese sticks & jalapeño poppers. Everything but the pizza was undercooked and not edible. The mozzarella sticks were soft and soggy and cold when bitten into, also they were different than pictured on the website when ordering, as for the jalapeño poppers they were cold and soggy too. The cinnamon dessert was soft and doughy with an awful taste which made me spit out onto my plate instantly. If you order here, I would only recommend the pizza because seems like that’s the only thing they get right here. Go to Round Table on South Hampton instead!

The buffet is comical. They literally had zero pizzas (and no salad bar) because apparently nobody comes in for it. They made a single pizza for me when I got it and I was like “um, I could’ve just ordered a large pizza and probably for a lot less.” They really need to stop offering the buffet so then customers like myself won’t go there expecting, oh I don’t know…a buffet? Either that or start serving it on the weekends when more people will show up for it. The pizza itself is nothing special: cheap ingredients, too much bread, and bland taste. Your typical pizza chain pizza I guess. The one bright spot to my visit was the pretty girl who took my order and made the pizza. She was nice.

Lot’s of pizza restaurant options out there but I choose to visit Benicia MM. Placed an order over the phone for pick up and was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes after ordering. When I walked in, there was no one behind the counter, and one woman wiping down the tables. I stood at the counter waiting for assistance. There were a number of staff back in the baking area, but no one ventured out to the counter. I saw a couple boxes stacked on top of each other under the warming light. I had ordered pizza and breadsticks and assumed these were mine because it was early and no other customer was in there. I looked at the receipt tucked in the boxes to check, and immediately was yelled at by the lady wiping the tables. MA’ME CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH THE BOXES!! I was shocked that in the first place she didn’t come over to assist in the second place boomed out a condescending reprimand. I get it it’s 2023 and Covid restrictions are still active in some places. But I am not a five year old and don’t need to be LOUDLY reprimanded when I come in to an establishment to pick up and pay for my order. I felt sorry for the young lady that came to assist me at the cash register after the manager had yelled at me. She seemed very embarrassed. I also could not understand her when she told me the total of my order because of her mask. I had to ask her to repeat herself twice. It would be helpful if there was something on the cash register facing the customers to show what they owe. Also, the pizza was cold. The warming lights must be very old because they don’t work. My suggestion would be to move the pizzas to a warming oven behind the counter for the customers. That way they’re not sitting under a barely working heat lamp for customers to, gasp… touch the boxes.

I ordered a combination pizza and asked for artichoke hearts and spinach to be added and I got neither. But of course I paid extra for the additional toppings that I didn’t get. I’m happy to accept a refund or a free pizza on my next order!

Ordered contactless delivery, and apparently that means they don’t call you, or knock, or anything. Happened to go outside and found bugs and ants all over the pizza. Called to request a new one and girl said she would let me speak to manager. She forgot to put it on hold while she told the story and said they did nothing wrong and asking for a new one was ridiculous. Finally manager came on and said they’d bring a new one, but we got nothing additional or any discount or anything. So basically i should just be okay with bugs in my food and a three hour total wait time.

I am not sure if they are under new management or new ownership but it shows. I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza – simple right? NO! They took over 30 minutes to make it and have it ready. When you walk in the first thing you see is a sign that says the salad bar is a one time serve only…. wt? Ive been to many different Mountain Mike’s and many different locations and I have never seen that . They keep getting more expensive, removing coupons, and their food quality has gone down. They are cheap. Rather than customer satisfaction, they are looking for the biggest profit they can get. They even have a limit their cheap paper plates!

they delivered the wrong pizza before a boxing party. when i told the driver and called in they said they could not help right now because their was no manager and they were new. When I asked if i could just simply reorder the right pizza she said she did not know and would have the manager call me back. now i am still on hold for 17 minutes and counting, trying to get the right pizza i already paid for. after being on hold twice over 15 minutes…they told me the manager would call me back.
