Surprised at how good their pizzas were. I’ve had mountain Mikes pizza delivered to my work once and it wasn’t too good. Last night at my sons soccer pizza party, changed my opinion drastically on mountain Mikes. Pizza was actually really good (had 3 slices). My kids loved it even if they said the pepperoni was spicy. They loved it. The games section makes it very family friendly.

Such a bummer we waited behind 3 patrons and it took 25minutes to get to front of line just to put in our order. Then we waited about an additional hour for our food. The order was wrong (we specifically requested certain toppings not be included) and the crust tasted almost like it was frost bitten and the lettuce for salad was wilted. We loved this place and were loyal customers but the service and quality were so bad we didn’t even feel like it was the same restaurant. Our family normally eats every bite but we had about 80 percent of dinner left over. It did not appear busy but staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed- if they are too busy with takeout perhaps they need more staff. We have not been for a couple of months with a new baby but we spoke with other patrons that night and they claimed this was the second time they experienced a bad experience and they were hoping it would be better and they were giving the location another chance… I don’t know if it would be worth dropping over a hundred dollars to try them again despite having numerous fabulous experiences as it seems it is an emerging trend.

Sorry to say but I was super disappointed. The worst pizza I’ve ever had the only thing I really enjoyed was a soda for the price it could have went to 7-Eleven and got a better Pizza I should have realize that it was bad when there was no customers in there at lunch time. Not recommended at all

Tried the Everest pizza at Mountain Mike’s Pizza today and loved it! The crust is soft on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside, and the toppings are super generous — every slice is loaded with cheese and fresh ingredients. The flavor is amazing, well-balanced, and very satisfying. Service was excellent, quick, and friendly. The place is clean and welcoming, perfect for dining in or taking out. I’ll definitely be back!

They have beer on tap, Honor special requests, and the staff is the !
The last time we ate here we chose to dine in and got a couple of beers. I wanted a lime for my beer but they didn’t have any so our waitress went to Fish bonez next door and got me some lemons lol. Of course it’s not the same, but the effort was key and it got the job done!
Today my man ordered pizza for dinner and he knows it’s not my fav thing to eat so he always tries to make up for it with creativity lol
He requested to have a heart made on my pizza and The Mountain Mike’s team made it happen!
The pizza is so good and even though I’m not a pizza fan I’d go here in a HEART BEAT!

They make their own Dough on site ! Oh. And great app. This checks all the boxes of a great carry out delivery or visit . I get it now after I went for it at lunch . And that deals worth it . See the dough making room in hb too. Pretty cool they do this place very well the staff is awesome . They hav delivery with their car for direct hand offs

Went for the first time just the other night – we absolutely loved it. Firstly, the pizza is delicious. Secondly, we had a nice conversation with the owner (Evette), who is a fascinating person with a special history all her own. Since then, we just can’t stop talking about what a good time we had, and how great the food is, and we are definitely going back soon! If you haven’t tried Mountain Mike’s on 17th in Newport, you must give it a go!
