Depending on the bartender, you can get a decently made drink but it’s expensive (double shot of tequila with cranberry for $18 really?) Good deals during the week for food. Often holds parties where free food is available until they’re out. Kind of weird vibes between the different crowds it attracts from the regulars and college students. Not very big inside. Have witnessed 2 separate situations where just the people of color have been kicked out where as most places will kick everyone out included in the altercation. Pool table is nice this place and it gets busy cause it’s the only place in town with one.

Absolutely love the owners Dave and Suzie !!! I’ve been a regular here since I turned 21. Yes a lot of locals are the regular patrons but we’re the nicest people !!! All the bartenders are fabulous, the food is very good and the atmosphere is the best !!! Yes, it is a smoking bar and if that’s not for you than clearly it isn’t the place for you. They are very good at keeping the very intoxicated folks out and cutting those off who had too much. It’s a very clean place and always passes inspection without any issues.

For what i would consider, not in a bad way, a dive bar ( … and i love dive bars) it was really nice. Has been over 10 years since it was a haunt of mine and in that time they upgraded the bar and the pool table. The interior is nice, dimly lit but not a scary dark, more cozy. Pool was free when we were there which was nice as that was the reason we stopped and had a drink. Bar tender was friendly. Only reason i didn’t give 5 star was becuz they allow smoking still. didn’t bother me but does the wife. Will definitely stop in again to play some pool when I’m in town

Excellent service from a friendly staff every time I go! Good patrons from all walks of life; from the rich and the not so rich. The food is excellent and the environment is very friendly, day or night! The entertainment is varying from sports to music to billiards and video games! Do not hesitate to stop in!!

This place is small but Great! I don’t understand the people saying its more for locals or unwelcoming… I think those people don’t know how to socialize.
Im not from here. Been many times alone or with just 1 person I didn’t cling to. Always been welcomed by bartenders and patrons alike with no problem. Decent bar prices. Good food. Pool. Chess. yes Chess. Jukebox.
They do allow smoking which some cherish and some hate. And you have to have cash. They don’t take cards but they do have an ATM if you forget cash.
Those are tiny drawbacks to me, though (I don’t smoke but its a bar I can deal with it if I want the atmosphere not a big deal).
Id recommend it to anyone looking to hang in a chill fun place.

Walked in to have a family dinner and it wreaked of smoke. 2 people sitting at the bar, drinking and smoking. My wife and I looked at each other and said we should leave. Bartender said as we were walking to the door that it’s a smoking so need to be 21. I said, yup, that’s why we’re heading out.

Needed a shower when I got home…for only being in there a minute.

We checked the overview again and nowhere does it say anything about this. Perhaps I should have read the reviews first.

This review is about par with all the other negative ones. Smoking is allowed in here. I’m not sure why they still have that bc it prob deters more than it attracts people. I didn’t eat here but just had one beer and drank it fast to get the hell out of there. You’re much better off staying at home and cracking a cold one.

I walked into this bar for 2.5 seconds and mind you, yes I was drinking (4 trulys in the matter of 2.5 hours) but I wanted to come out for a little and socialize for one or two more. Well, before I could even take one more step, the bartender said he couldn’t serve me. I guess he made his assumption in those 2 seconds that I was “buzzed” so he couldn’t. I didn’t know I had to walk into a bar completely sober to order a drink. But I guess that’s how it is now? I was fine with it, because it was such a hole in the wall to begin with and I was the only female with like 5 other guys lol, but I will say that regardless, I still felt very judged. I also paid $20 for an Uber to get there, so it was very discouraging at the same time. I am a mother of an autistic 5 year old and I only get a night out like this once in a blue moon, so I won’t say I wasn’t a bit embarrassed and feeling like I wasted my time to let loose a bit. Do better please! And try not to assume so quickly!

It’s Cheers, everybody knows your name! They have a pool table which my boyfriend really enjoys. They also have a dance floor (at least when I’m there)! As long as you follow the rules you’ll have a good time! Staff is excellent!

Was in there this evening for the first time in many years. They didn’t like that I was an independent woman out alone so they kicked me out. I then found a ride close to where I’m staying but didn’t realized I should not have been dropped off at the bridge on bossier road. I scaled a couple fences and am pretty sure I broke my ankle. Stay away from this horribly judgmental place. All Hicks living back in 1956
