I love Jimmy John’s but this is the 2nd time the 9th street location messed up my order. First they didn’t even make the sub right. This time which I have included a picture the sub was half the size of my husband’s sub. Looked in the sub 1 tomato in half and I know they put 4 on the subs not 1 cut in half. Usually they get it right and now it’s like they don’t care.

I love the toasted subs. I usually get the club lulu and I got it toasted this time and wow it elevated the flavors. I will get it toasted from now on. The toasted chicken bacon ranch is sooo good. Their app TRASHH. I frequent jimmy johns and NEVER do I get a reward! Ever! I spend so much money and not even a free sub after 10 purchases? A brownie? Pathetic

First off the app is a whole scam just to make the companies job easier knowing your preference. Only to not recognize the multiple times I’ve ordered, and still only to be rewarded randomly with a cookie that could expire whenever. Every time I look at the app says I’m 4 orders to my reward I call customer service hoping to have the issue fixed or resolved, just to be repeated my order history from now and a year ago. When asked if I could have it emailed to me the answer was no, but I can tell you verbally. What reward am I hoping to achieve? The answer was told to me anything on the menu. Yet it’s not I have not received any such option at any time I can remember in which is why I asked for an email. I feel highly insulted and disregarded as part of some so called loyalty program. Food was good and would like to continue eating but not if this sort of business is being conducted. Misleading and all. It’s like they don’t want you to even contact them.

The last time I went and ordered a sub from this location I was so excited to go home and eat. Yet when unwrapped my sandwich I realized that they gave me a sub with moldy bread. Ever since then I avoid this location and haven’t been back since.

Jimmy John’s is good food. Very rarely do I ever get grizzly or fatty roast beef in my sandwiches. It is a bummer that cheese is an added .99 cents these days. I would recommend giving the firecracker rap a try.

That was hands down the best Jimmy Johns sandwich I’ve had. Everything was super fresh, the sandwiches were labeled as I had asked, and it was super fast! I also appreciate them keeping the giant size sandwich packed together rather than just giving us two sandwiches. Will definitely be back!

The Sandwiches are really good…alittle too much bread on the buns for me. Only, problems I ever knew personally was that the had BAD LETTUCE FOR A FEW WEEKS ….that Caused ….FOOD POISONING.

Placed order at 6:16PM for delivery food. Was called at 6:54PM and informed they had 1 delivery driver at the time. Called store at 7:04 to confirm order was still being delivered to my apartment. Called Store at 7:50 and was told that since delivery driver couldn’t find address, he brought food back to store. Driver NEVER contacted me in attempt for directions. Said it would be sent back out. 7:53 store calls and says its coming to me. 8:09 Store calls THIRD time, says they cant find address. After giving instructions, I called back and canceled. NEVER contacted by drivers. I understand one delivery driver, it happens. How was no map service used, and how did no driver ever contact me while in the complex for directions?? I have had delivery from this store to same address previously! When attempting to cancel, person on other line said “ok i understand” and hung up, no verification of canceled order. Order history does not show canceled order at this time.

The first time I called I asked if they could deliver to my address. The person that answered said yes. I told him I would call right back to place my order. I call back, place my order, they charge me, get my address and everything. We hang up. I then get a call back saying they were voiding my order because they didn’t deliver to my area. It was less than a mile from where they stopped. I get they have boundaries but I called and asked if they could. He said I could come and pick it up if I wanted. Yeah, no thanks. If I go out of my way to call and ask then it should be honored. Especially after I paid for it. Way to go with the customer service (insert sarcasm). I definitely won’t be going to this location again!
