My go to place for raspas. I recommend the pica dilly bomba, the chamoyada supreme, the mangonada supreme, and the tree leches. They’re so good , the price for their stuff is pretty cheap, they never slack with presentation of the snacks.

I went to get a combo
They wrote it down and they when I approached the window the lady was giving me something totally different
They told me the combo I wanted was not valid because it was an old picture, that if I wanted the combo to take the one they were giving me
I told them It was my first time visiting the raspa stand and I don’t know how they work. The lady told me that they were not going to give me the combo I asked, to take the one they had
Since they didn’t confirmed me before paying, I told them that i was not going to want anything and the ladies got mad at me and told me to better look at the menu carefully for next time because they were not going to be paying stuff out of their pocket

Their service is improving from the last time. I have had bad experiences but I decided to give it a try. They have specials now, they still have their 3-5 combo specials a day. Everyday they have different specials and some of them are good, depending on how picky you are. I give props for improving their customer service

Everything is so good here. There churros are to die for in any of the flavor you get them. I personally love there mini combos they are just the perfect amount of food. Raspas are bomb.

Customer service is terrible , its not the first time i encounter an issue with the same young lady with glasses. She is always giving bad attitude when asked what it is we want & wont even let us explain to her when she is already telling us thats not what we mentioned we wanted. I see its an ongoing issue as well with somebody elses review. This is ridiculous as its not the first time and very inconvenient ! I do want to point out that the owner is very friendly and has never given us any issues when ordering.

The ladies that work here are very rude especially the one that is in the drive thru window taking your order. She has bad customer service & a bad attitude. I went today and ordered hot cheetos with cheese & jalepeños & then the other older lady said you didn’t order any & we charge. The young lady didn’t hear me after I said it a couple times. I will take my business somewhere else who actually appreciates it.

Got the same older lady, imagine talking to someone nice and having her be so rude. Asked for the pink raspa they advertise as most sold. She was with attitude I didn’t know the name. I don’t think it’s professional to get mad and have attitude. You guys advertise combos and etc which is amazing but then treat customers with attitude for showing up. Sorry but it’s a no for me. Combos are great, customer service is terrible.
