Great burger place with great owners. I am subtracting one star only because there is no menu up on their website and no paper menus are available. Here are a couple of photos of the menu for those who might be inclined to phone in an order.

Absolutely the most tasteless burgers we have ever had! Thin patties, dried out. There were five in our party. We each tried a different beef burger. 2 of our party are voracious teenagers – NO ONE finished their sandwich. No question that any national fast food joint beats the “offerings” here. Yes, language is a problem. Prices are through the roof. Guess a good motto for this place is “our burgers may be awful, but you’ll never pay more for a lousy meal.” Many MUCH better places to eat in Grand Lake, avoid this place.

Food was only fine. No worse than any other of the overpriced stuff in little towns on staycation. They know there’s no other places for miles, so they all seem to have an agreement to be “just ok” and don’t strive for more. My garlic burger was definitely garlic-y but otherwise was greasy, bland, and tasteless. Wife could only stand a few bites of her bland burger. Oh it’s not just here, I’m not picking on Mountain Burger, it was pretty much all the places we ate at. Azteca too. Altitude Pizza too. When the food wasn’t terrible, it was ridiculously overpriced. But again, mountain town, they know people gotta eat so they strive for mediocrity.

It began with terrible service, you walk in and place your order at a counter, the woman behind the counter couldn’t understand I was asking for jalepenos on my burger, worked through that.

These were the absolute worst burgers I’ve ever eaten. I ordered a lamb burger and there was more oregano than lamb on it. We were a large group and ordered several different items on the menu and we only ate about 25% of it. I spent $120 and I would’ve preferred Burger King. I asked for a manager and they said there wasn’t one on site. What a disappointment, I will not be returning.

We walked in, rainy day, wanting a cup of coffee and hot chocolate. Saw the interesting menu (Kobe beef, bison, you can add avacacdo etc) and decided to eat there before heading back over the mountain to RMNP. I ordered a burger patty, Swiss cheese, avocado slices, crisp bacon. It was as tasty as a steakhouse. They substituted fruit for the fries. You can mark me down in the “very happy” column!

Terrible service. Got locked out after we paid for our meal which we ate outside and they were hesitant to let us back in to refill drinks! Got the buffalo burger and it burned my throat…and I really like spicy food! If you want to feel like an inconvenience order from the front counter. Very disappointing.

Definitely not the best burgers anywhere! Not tasty at all. The bacon on the burger was undercooked and fatty. Overpriced $32.00 for two burgers with fries.
