Everything was amazing. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked and perfect temperature. They made our anniversary special. Complimentary dessert. Great service from our server. We didnt like our salad because it had blue cheese but we picked out the pieces we could and still ate it. Over all Everything was awesome. Definitely going back. Thank you to our server for the great suggestions. The price was fair compared to the food amount we got.
The chocolate cake with ice cream was delicious. It has a crispy edge. So good.
We had trouble finding the entrance coming from the parking lot but that’s not their fault.
For new visitors once off the elevators go to the right. If you hit heart radio you’re on the opposite side

We both got the filet mignon 6oz, medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. Buuutttttt the quality of meat wasnt there. Everything else was great, from the service to the lobster bisque, green beans, dinner roll, onion rings and desserts. We wont be coming here again since this is high end steak restaurant, we paid the high price and left with bleh quality meat.

We were very disappointed in the rushing of our dinner. The waiter got our food coming too fast. Before we could even finish or halfway finish the lobster bisque. They had the steaks on the table. And they said sorry and walked away very unprofessional. Just felt rushed the whole time we were there. Not a great experience. understandably it was very busy on Thanksgiving evening and we do take that into consideration. We did have to follow up with Carissa and she assured us. Our next experience will be better. That was very kind of her to just call me now. Thank you.

I ordered Christmas dinner for my family and everything was extremely undercooked, especially the steaks. I called as soon as I got home and realized their mistake but I was brushes off and told that I needed to call back next week when everyone was done with the holiday. I believe the managers name who I spoke with was Marie Ella. I haven’t heard anything back and I don’t really expect to, but I will never be back here and I don’t suggest you visit either.

An elevated dining experience—but just shy of exceptional.
We recently dined at Morton’s The Steakhouse and had a lovely evening overall. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and accommodating—I had called in advance to request a quieter table, and they made sure to seat us in a calm corner with a nice view of the restaurant and open kitchen. While the food and service were great, there was just something missing to make it feel truly memorable.

Ambiance: 4/5
The setting is classic upscale steakhouse—dim lighting, plush seating, and polished décor. Our table gave us a fantastic view, which added to the experience. Still, the overall vibe felt a little too polished and impersonal. It lacked a bit of warmth or charm, which stood out considering the premium price point.

Authenticity: 4/5
Morton’s does everything by the book, and you can tell it’s a refined, well-oiled machine. But that polish might be what takes away a sense of soul—it felt more like a corporate standard than a personalized or unique dining journey.

Flavor: 5/5
The food? Absolutely no complaints. The steak was cooked perfectly to order—tender, flavorful, and juicy. The oysters were fresh and clean, and our wine paired beautifully with the meal. Morton’s knows how to execute fine dining staples with precision.

Cost: 4/5
This is a premium dining experience, and it’s priced accordingly. While we felt the quality of the food and service aligned with what we paid, that emotional “wow” factor wasn’t quite there—so the value, while good, didn’t feel outstanding.

Service: 5/5
Exceptional service throughout. Our server was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. From the reservation call to our final plate, everything was smooth and thoughtful.

Final Verdict: 4/5
Morton’s delivers a reliably upscale experience with high-quality food and top-tier service. It’s a great spot for a date night or special occasion, especially if you want something classic and refined. That said, if you’re seeking something with a little more personality or soul, you may find it a bit too buttoned-up. Still, we enjoyed our evening and would consider coming back.

We went there to celebrate my son in law birthday. During seating I mentioned to staff that we are here to celebrate birthday. Appetizer were good. When main food arrived, baked loaded potatoes was cold, my daughter ask them to warmed up, they replaced with another one. My wife steak was overcooked. My tomahawk steak was not to my spects that I order(medium rare) it was overcooked.
When we finish eating and staff member brought us check. I winked to him letting him know that he forgot about birthday surprise. 15 minutes later I openly ask him about birthday surprise which ruined moment of surprise for birthday person. Eventually they brought the cake for him, but the moment of surprise was lost. We spend $680, and I don’t think we will ever go back there. In my opinion that place is overhyped.

Morton’s Steakhouse did not disappoint me on my first visit. As a single diner, I sat at the warm and comfortable bar with Cindy as my bartender. I could not have been more pleased with the food and service. I had the steak and lobster and it was cooked perfectly. Do not hesitate to order the surf and turf or the grand chill platter. See photos.
