We recently used Morton’s The Steakhouse Arlington VA for offsite catering at a corporate event, and the experience exceeded expectations. As anticipated, the food was exceptional—perfectly prepared and presented, tasting just as if we were dining in the restaurant itself.
What truly set this upscale catering service apart, however, was the staff. Our guests repeatedly complimented the team for being professional, attentive, and friendly—they were truly the icing on the cake. From start to finish, the service was seamless and elevated the entire event.

Visited for a family outing, the restaurant is nice and upscale perfect for intimate nights out. The service was wonderful everyone was friendly, attentive and helpful. I thought (my opinion) the steak was average at best. Maybe I should have gotten one of the butter sauces but I didn’t. The lobster mac-n-cheese was good. Now others in my party were very happy with their food. I would recommend this restaurant and I will return as well.

I went to Morton’s because I wanted to try the $29 Bubbles and Bites box I saw on TikTok. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the fries in the orange Veuve Clicquot box, so I was disappointed in that. This deal is only available at the bar. The hostess was so kind and kept a lookout for open seats at the bar so that my friend and I could slide in.

I came to dine in with a party of 5 for a birthday dinner. This was my first time visiting the restaurant. The restaurants policy states that gratuity is added for parties of 6 or more but our server automatically added gratuity anyways, I guess assuming he wouldn’t get one because we were all young, African Americans apparently? I ended up ordering medium well lamb chops to go but didn’t decide to eat them until the next day. When I bit into the lamb chop I instantly realized my food was RAW! This is completely unacceptable and honestly disappointing coming from this type of restaurant. I spoke with the general manager Robin and he told me that a refund would take 3-4 weeks and it would be better for me to come in and just get a steak as a replacement. I let him know that I’m not interested in another plate and I would prefer a refund. He insisted that me driving all the way back to the restaurant which is an hour away from me was the best possible solution. When I told him that won’t work for me he said he would have to give me a call back to see what he can do. I highly DON’T recommend ever eating at this establishment!!!!!

Every Morton’s we’ve been to has been an excellent experience. This location, however, was the opposite.
I ordered a steak cooked medium. It came out and was medium rare, trending more toward rare. I told our server and he offered to put it back on the grill. I didn’t want that–I wanted a fresh steak because if I’m paying $60 for a steak, I want it right the first time–and told him thank you, but never mind and put the steak off to the side.
A manager came over after being told what happened and offered a new steak.
When they brought the steak, it was rare. It was less cooked than the first one. At that point, I told them I didn’t want a steak anymore.
My husband’s steak was oversalted, but he scraped off the top as best he could and ate it.
The sides we ordered were creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. They’re usually great there, but at this location, they were meh at best.
On a positive note, the service was great!
They only charged us for my husband’s steak to make up for the bad experience with my own steak.
I don’t know if this was an off night for them–it was a Saturday night–or what, but I hope they do better.

Came here for my fiancé’s birthday this past Saturday. This might sound odd, but we’ve been trying to find a steakhouse that has a real dress code and we finally found that at Morton’s! We like to dress up and show out when we eat and this establishment matched our energy! The atmosphere and staff are amazing and friendly. The food was of the highest quality and even though we ordered a lot, I appreciated that I didn’t walk out feeling stuffed which says so much about the quality of the food. One of the best dining experiences we have ever had. You’ll be seeing us here again.

As someone who dines out often and considers themselves a foodie, I can confidently say everything from appetizers to the entrées was exceptional. The wine selection is outstanding and pairs beautifully with the menu. An excellent experience all around.

First time at a Morton’s and the experience fell flat. The steak I ordered was OK at best. No seasoning and not well seared. Service wise we waited a long time for drinks otherwise was polite and timely. One remarkable part of the experience was the hostess letting us check in our bags while we ate. That was very nice.
Overall, I don’t think I’d return here on my own dime.

The BEST steakhouse and no other one comes close. The service is immaculate and the food is absolutely delicious and worth every penny. Alex was our server and truly made our experience pleasant, we never needed anything. We had a slight issue with our table seating in which the manager Danny was very accommodating and quickly resolved the issue making our anniversary dinner perfect. The au gratin potatoes are the best I’ve ever had and we loved the cocktail menu choices. Overall, we would highly recommend celebrating your special occasion at this location.
