My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary. It started off right with my reservation requesting a booth and letting them Know about our special night. Right from the start they did not disappoint and were super friendly and accommodating. They spread out rose pedals and marked our table as a special event. The staff was on their game, our server was fantastic and the manager was walking the floor ensuring everyone was enjoying their meal, specially asking if it was “perfect”. Wife started with the wedge salad and I had the French onion soup. Both were excellent and the blue cheese was creamy and delicious. Now for dinner. My wife had the filet Oscar which has lump crabmeat, bernaise sauce and asparagus. I had the 16oz. Cajun ribeye which is marinated for 48 hours. Both cuts cooked to perfection and super flavorful. Our sides were creamed spinach and sour cream mashed potatoes, both excellent. They even threw in a free dessert and we went with the hot lava cake and ice cream. I can’t recommend this place enough especially for a special night out or if you’re just looking to impress your date.

Our server was VERY distracted through the entire dinner service. We didn’t receive our drinks until 7:05 when our reservation was at 6:30. To end the night, the waitress charged my friend twice when trying to split the bill. Great food, not so great service. Would expect higher quality service with a restaurant of this caliber.

My daughter treated me to a birthday dinner at Morton’s steakhouse in the Saratoga casino. It is a beautiful. upscale Dining experience, perfect for my birthday. They even had a special printed birthday menu. We had a surf and turf special, which was delicious. We had steak and a crabcake asparagus, a bread basket, soup or a salad, and the biggest loaded baked potato I have ever seen in my life!!!!!, followed by a delicious birthday cake with some ice cream. The drinks were delicious. they came and sang for my birthday, making it a very special evening then we walked a few steps outside the restaurant down the hallway and we were in the casino. It was so convenient and I will definitely return.

My Fiancée and I had some good expectations and I can gladly say they were exceeded. The food, drinks and atmosphere were all top tier. Becky our waitress was phenomenal. Even with a packed house she brought a lively energy to the table. Highly recommended for a valentines date.

My fiance and I came here to celebrate our recent engagement, although we were a bit early for our reservation our table was all set and ready to go. Anthony greeted us at the door and congratulated us. Service was impeccable, very fast and extremely friendly. Food was delicious and dessert even better! Would give 100 stars if I could. Will definitely be returning!

Food was AMAZING, our waitress was even more amazing. They made a special birthday menu and decorated our table with confetti, too. This was our first visit but it will not be our last.

If your at capacity I’m willing to sit and eat at the bar. Please please save for 3 at 5pm under Melissa/Nick.

Reservations recommended as we noticed a full house on a wednesday at 6pm. The hostess was atttentive and quickly addressed our reserved seating. The overall ambiance is soothing and high class the way a traditional high end restaurant would be. Note that the bar is completely separated from the dining area, a good thing. Our server, em, was engaging and attentive. The filet, creamed spinacch, and asparagus were all delightful. Beverage and wine selection varied and paired properly. Money well spent!

Mortons is an upscale steakhouse with over 65 locations. The one I went to is in Saratoga, NY, located inside the hotel lobby at Saratoga Casino Hotel.
If you love steak, it is supposedly one of best choices in the Capital District. The 3 course meal here usually starts at $75, however I took advantage of the restaurant week to get my dining experience. My experience here other than the wait even after having a reservation is understandable after watching other people wait for the amazing deal.
The menu features USDA prime-aged beef, fresh seafood, handpicked produce, delicious appetizers and elegant desserts. I don’t eat steak so went with Salmon for main course, with lobster bisque, mashed potato and chocolate moose. I loved the chocolate moose and decided to try key lime pie as another dessert. I’ll probably just make a visit here for the desserts again.
The location is great, food was satisfying, staff were friendly and the wait time was accounted for with us taking a stroll through the casino making it an enjoyable experience.

Our server Sarah was amazing. But that’s as far as it went. Adam, the manager, is the most despicable of all human beings. After presenting to the staff that there was a hair in my bacon steak. Adam thought it was okay to drop off the food and jokingly look my wife in the face and say, “Now keep your hair out of my food.” This very much upset my wife. The bacon steak brought back out was undercooked.
Now, skip through the meal and to the desert where Adam thought it was okay to send the waitress to apologize for him. In the process of sending out our not lava cake, he put a CANDLE inside of a hot cake. Which in turn melted wax into our food. Pictures are included.
Don’t ever dine at this restaurant. We dine at multiple Morton’s across the country. There is a reason why this Morton’s will never be a 5-star restaurant, let alone a part of Landry’s, and will be stuck as a franchise.
Between the quality and the disgusting attitude of the manager. We will never be back. This is after coming back from our first experience being just as horrific.
*Update* Adam the manager found out that I was not happy with him and decided to call me 30 minutes later to then tell me, he really thought it was my wife’s hair. And that he was just giving me $100.00 off the bill for my convenience. The server Sarah was made to apologize for his behavior. He never actually apologized to my wife directly. Don’t ever call my phone again, Adam.
